Consider that, because of Banjo debuting in Diddy Kong Racing, Banjo-Kazooie is itself a useless Mario spin-off.
Does this mean that, if we find all of the Vergebens, we can summon Shenlong?
Being on Team Fake means admitting defeat. I haven't really taken a side on this yet but i'm about 55-45 right now (leaning towards real)

Actually putting rumors aside let's talk about theory.
Do you guys still stand by Box Theory not properly representing the roster now that it's been a month since it surfaced?
What saddens me the most about the banner leak and Vergeben is that among them is not a single character I care about. And I already don't care about the newcomers announced so far. Simon's the only one I'm somewhat interested in but even then I'm not super hyped about him given I never played Castlevania.
Granted, Smash 4 brought me a lot of characters I was excited for and thanks to "everyone is here" and the veterans getting tons of little tweaks here and there I still have stuff to be excited about on the character front but it does feel a little weird to not really have new characters to be hyped about. Guess now I know how K. Rool/Ridley fans felt during Smash 4's prerelease.

I'm in a similar situation where most of the characters I really wanted were already added in Smash 4, and Ridley was always the one I really wanted and now he's in. I also wanted Dark Samus. But otherwise I'm mostly ambivalent about the confirmed and rumored newcomers. I don't really know who else I wanted that could be a realistic pick, so I'm mostly just being greedy, but I guess I was hoping for bigger surprises.
Getting Banjo 1, GoldenEye and Perfect Dark would be good. But they do not need Rare.
Mario 64 and OoT alone are considered GOAT still to this day by a lot of people.
Then you have Paper Mario, Majora's Mask, Wave Race, F-Zero X, Star Fox 64, Sin & Punishment, Mario Kart 64, Super Smash Bros, Pokémon Stadium, Kirby 64, 1080°... And I'm not even talking about third party games such as Ogre Battle for instance.
You guys are overreacting with your "no Rare then no good N64 mini" lol. I can get that you don't want a N64 mini without Banjo ! But it doesn't mean it would be "dead" or "bad" without Rare.
No it's not. We had people say Incinceroar was missing from the Grinch rumor and another character was missing. Those two characters plus Ken is 3 characters. Box Theory is not right.
I'm thinking Bayonetta will make it to the top 3. I think this will be the final 3
