Not really. Could be a case of they all have the same source. I echo LordKano's thoughts from the other thread.
Both the trial of the sword and the story DLCs required a lot of time to even access. The only DLC content available right off the bat was the costumes and hard mode. Unless you already had a finished save file.

If anyone see any people that tried to start anything, just report them. Some people got away because it's more likely that no one reports them.
I'm just realizing now part of the reason I want this leak to be real or at least for KenCinieroar to be wrong is because I just don't want Vergeben to be right. I really don't like the guy... Hm. Gosh I'm petty and shallow...
Yeah definitely handled much better. Unfortunately the original source of the leak wasn't even the OP, so I don't think something quite like it could have been achievable. It'd have helped though.

Not definitively, no. Though, it hasn't been validated either. I still believe in it, but we'll have our answers soon enough anyway.
I actually hope they are. Probably an unpopular opinion, but it was weird not doing an unlock battle for the DLCs.
I'm curious about something, if they released the game as it is right now with no more characters added how many of you would be happy and content with that? Because I know I would. This game is going to be remarkable.

Everyone simultaneously hates you and won't stop pestering you for attention, and all you get out of it is the constant threat that someone you know is going to get in trouble over it.
From insiders talking about how it was weird there was no Pokemon and others saying there was a fighter missing. And one who just outright said they heard Incineroar was in, and not from Vergeben.
Yeah I think you're right. I can't think of anything Emily was wrong about this year, so I don't think it'd be that reason

I'd be happy if the online was alright but still upset about the bad pacing of reveals.

WOW at closing the rumor thread because of a couple toxic individuals. moderation here continues to be a complete joke. god forbid a thread go unfucked by a mod for too long and too many gifs are posted and to actually moderate individuals. nah easier to just throw down a no fun allowed sign and tell everyone to go home.
Yeah, that was probably one of the best handled instances of long term rumor discussion I can think of. Kinda nuts how long that went, come to think of it.
It's of course possible the art changed, but I don't know why they would make the changes they theoretically have. How does where the waterfall ends effect any of the character placements? Why remove parts of the crystals on the stage, when they were covered to begin with? Removing that town/village seems a bit much, too.
There were hints here and there that other people had heard about Incineroar, but I had no idea how extensive it was. that's a leaky faucet.
What was fun about that thread at all the last like 30 pages? It was shit slinging.
Zelda is a different game from Smash. I don't think those situations are really comparable.
I've thought this a lot this year when you see the nintendo direct speculation threads swiftly devolve into madness, begging for hints, dates, possible titles and more.
But I suppose I'm thinking of the proper insiders here, the more flakey ones that have bad/made up info 90% of the time no doubt thrive off getting attention from randomers on the internet.
The only two characters I wanted are Wolf and Snake, and they were both confirmed back at E3, so it'd be fine.
The only character I care about in the Grinch leak is Geno. If he's in the game goes from excellent to masterpiece, but i'll survive otherwise.

For me personally not only are my favs from all the past games back, but I'm also getting Ridley, Simon, Richter, Dark Samus, and K. Rool. Despite being on Team Real, I certainly can't be disappointed with the game as a whole if the leak ends up being fake.

The game is going to coming with like 76+ characters so I'm going to be very consent for long time but the question is how good the single players would be.
I'm completely fine with it as is, but obviously it's always cool to get more and we know we are so that's great. The main thing now is just passing the time, and recent events have made it a little more fun to follow the speculation train again.
I think a vast majority of people would have been pleased with "Everyone is here" + Inkling and Ridley (and echo Daisy).
then you moderate the people doing it, period. closing down a thread about the biggest smash leak yet, a month or so before it will ever be confirmed or deconfimed, because a few people are being assholes, is the lazy way out pure and simple.

Honestly I was pretty satisfied after the "Everyone is Here" trailer, every newcomer to me is just like a nice little bonus after getting Pichu and Snake back. I'm not hyped for many of them, but it's super cool that they're here.
That + the inevitability of DLC makes me think it's a bit silly to get upset about roster picks at this point. It's like getting a massive cake for your birthday and being upset at the number of candles.

Incineroar have been rumored for few months so I don't think he will be DLC Character. I would get it if the rumor about Incineroar just started like now, then I would think otherwise but few months ago, nope.
Orr....wait for it now. Incineroar and Steve are the last revealed characters and aren't in the promo art cause that promo art is going to be outdated by the release of the game.
I don't think the Grinch leak anime adaptation is over yet. There may be some interesting developments waiting for us still.
DLC 1 required that you had the master sword.....
So that required you at the bare minimum, complete 40 shrines(as long as the player only spent spirit orbs on health over stamina).
DLC pack 2 required that you defeated all 4 divine beasts.
