See but yesterday people were claiming this was fake because marketing is done by nintendo and not namco and this company worked with namco. Now that this company clarified they have nothing to do with this, it actually kills one of the theories that tried to prove this is fake.
Damn it. Guess it's back to fucking incineroar.

Interesting. Do we know any prolific companies that use ACP PLV?Leak not dead yet

So, upon further investigation, I don't think this means anything.

The former is the one that links Marina PLV, the latter one links ACP PLV, where he's worked for 1 year and 8 months. They list the same education, so it's clearly the same person. So...this lines up with him leaving Marina PLV in November 2016 assuming he got the new job a couple months later.
We might have been wrong about which printing company this was from all along. The leak might be from ACP PLV and not Marina PLV.
I'm a little less confident in this leak than I was a day ago, but I don't think it's dead quite yet. "

Oh, so he did move jobs. Then why did Marina put out a statement?
We've had numerous insiders cast doubt on the rumor, but barely anyone listened. It shouldn't have gotten this far, not sure why an insider didn't discredit this by just disconfirming one of the characters in the fake leak.
we don't know, we just know where he doesn't work, and that he works in the industryRemember Imran, Steve and whoever other inside yesterday kept bringing up why would Nintendo do marketing through a company that Bandai uses?? Did everyone think this guy still worked at this company? Because it appears so.
This guy doesn't work there so where does he work? And where he works is NINTENDO partnered with that company for Smash Bros?

they were already contacted yesterday to see if the guy worked there. My guess is their phones are getting blown up about it and they just wanted to release an official statement before Nintendo sends their ninjas after them.I mean that's certainly possible, but why did this company put out a statement if they aren't the ones under fire?
...precisely because they ARE taking heat for something they had nothing to do with? I'm sure their social media accounts were being blown up with accusations and they wanted to stop the bad PR by putting out a statement saying "we have nothing to do with this in any capacity and you guys are nuts lol stop harassing us and tarnishing our name" I mean they even refer to it as a rumor, they don't try to debunk it at allI mean that's certainly possible, but why did this company put out a statement if they aren't the ones under fire?
Does Nintendo work with this company??Leak not dead yet

we don't know
From a quick glance at their website, they don't seem to have anything in the way of referential credits from any major video game companies.Interesting. Do we know any prolific companies that use ACP PLV?

Time for detective work. We have to see if Nintendo and the Grinch is at this AVC company
If this was actually an (incredibly) elaborate leak, they would have planned for that speculationThis doesn't deconfirm anything other than our speculation. The person in question only posted this on Snapchat. He never stated he was working with a company he no longer works for that was just our speculation based on detective work
Not if they're in actual legal trouble if this is a real leak. They want to lawyer up for this if it's real and not hastily post something (especially not confirmation they were working on Ultimate, which would confirm that the leak is real and get them in even deeper trouble)I guess, but you'd think the place he actually works/worked at now would say something.
We knew he didn't work there anymore, but the fact that he left 2 years ago wouldn't enable him to have access to Smash marketing material. I could maybe see that being the case in 2017, but not 2016.We already knew that guy did not work there anymore and he works on a different printing company. The facts remain, it's still promo material and no one has been able to prove it wrong.

I could see them possibly making stuff for the Grinch, but I'm not seeing the correlation with Bandai Namco or Nintendo here.
We've had numerous insiders cast doubt on the rumor, but barely anyone listened.
ACP PLV's work seems more similar to these materials, they work with mostly store displays, which the leak appeared to be some kind of display

Idunno, maybe? I can't find a list of their clients.
