I see no other outlets are reporting the news in OP. I don't believe this story is true.
You could easily extend that line of thinking to Vince asking Cena and Bryan *not* to go to this show.
Best of both worlds for the wwe. Show goes on, millions are put into pockets and the "good guys" are protected.
Aren't the McMahons still big supporters of Donald Trump, though? Is Trump still too scared to back away from dealing with the Saudis or has he done another signature 180 after criticism?

I'm still seeing him and Bryan advertised for the show so I don't think it's official in any way yet.
Vince is hoping if he says it'll happen enough, it'll happen.
When I meant official I meant by wrestling reporter standards rather than the WWE making an announcement. I don't think they will, they'll just slide by Cena's name.
They won't because they love money and they are so delusional they think they are some sort of great catalyst of change in the region.
I don't think there's a chance of cancellation, the show will go on whether Bryan and Cena are there or not. WWE has no problem slotting in other names, ''card is subject to change".
If it does happen then I just hope Bryan isn't there.

The problem with WWE is how spiteful they can be and they'd look for ways to punish talent who don't cooperate. Cena I think will largely be unaffected because he's more or less semi-retired and has only been used on a part-time basis in addition to being an ambassador for WWE, Bryan on the other hand is still full-time and only just returned to wrestling again after being 'retired' so I figure if anyone's going to feel the effects of taking a stand and not going to SA then it'll be him.

I agree but I feel it could go either way. Bryan isn't going to be worried about being fired or anything but he might go anyway.
Bryan is a huge star. The WWE is fucking desperate for stars. They wouldn't be spiteful to him.
They are the two I could most easily see skipping the show
