Yes? They've been shooting since June. That's a full year and a half before the original release.
I think she just means back to a Summer tentpole release, like the original.
The fuck is up with these "I mean, is anyone surprised by this?" responses? The movie's had a firm date for months, so yeah, the entirety of the population wasn't expecting it to get bumped. Movies are different than games, they generally don't shift release dates too often.
Wow, that's a long wait. I'm okay with it, though. Hopefully there will be a break in superhero movies for a while...

I think two movies a year is the right number for me, FWIW.
With how terrible a lot of the output's been, I'm honestly fine with this current format. Last thing we need is another 2016 where we only got 2 releases, and they were fucking BvS and SS
My guess is that this has something to do with Flash which probably would have released around that time in 2020. So they're slotting that there while Flash is delayed (if ever happening) given that WB has potential scheduling conflicts upcoming with Flash and Fantastic Beasts 3
