Oh, I thought these games would release this year. Well, 2019 is just around the corner.
We want to try and get 3 possible control choices: touch, analogues / buttons and pointing.
I love playing adventure games with good touch controls on the Switch (I don't own a pad, so it's my only touch device). Unfortunately, there are a couple of games that don't play well with the screen, particularly Broken Sword 5 and The Wardrobe because of various reasons. I'm not sure if pointer controls would be comfortable. It depends on the size of the interactive elements I guess.
Adventure games are really well suited for handheld gaming though. If I get stuck I just lie down in bed or on the couch with the Switch and think about possible solutions.
I will probably buy the game once it launches next year as I just can't get enough of the genre. It's a pity that AGS adventures can't be easily ported to the Switch, because we would get so much more content then.
Still pretty satisfied with all the releases this year and I hope the support will continue into the future even if it sometimes feels like nobody else is buying/playing these games.
