I had the problem for a while as well, I am pretty sure it is related to the early unlock codes for some costumes. If you used the pre order code to unlock the avengers iron spider suit and the others that came in that pack it causes this problem sometimes. Dunno if that will help you reproducing it?
This thread just reminded that I still need to wait a week to continue the game. I kind of wish I went for a PS4 Pro later on instead of going for the RDR 2 bundle
Man, I sure hope so. I just hope that Spider-Man swinging around in sweet 4K will make the wait worth it
Can we select this difficulty right off the bat like Horizon? I think Horizon was an infinitely better game on at least Very Hard. Some of the best combat this gen.
This sounds like you don't have the problem anymore? Could you maybe provide a closeup of one of the affected suits (not in selfie mode or hanging on a wall) that shows the improvement?

Well that's good to hear. BTW, assuming that you've tried out the higher difficulty, how is it? I've been playing the game at Spectacular(?) difficulty and, while it's a lot of fun and fair, I never found it too tough

Fisk is done for. I'm having a lot of fun! I don't usually replay games, but I really wanted to unlock more shit and was getting bored with the other save. So far NG+ on the Ultimate difficulty doesn't look that difficult at all? We'll see.
Still? Crazy. I dont understand why they wont add a toggle to turn the mini map off. I platinumed the game but won't be touching the DLC until they fix it unfortunately.
The photomode short cut is good, but this is what I want most. A quick toggle to show/hide the UI.

Yep I don't have the problem anymore. I don't know what fixed it other than I uninstalled and reinstalled the game the day after it came out to try and fix it and that seemed to work for me.
I'm not with my PS4 atm but I will do so on Tuesday if I get the chance.

Yes, deleted it completely (the only way to delete pre order DLCs) and loaded an old save where I haven't unlocked them (because I got it 2 days early and could only use the code on release day, so I played a lot without the code) and then unlocked them normally, still the same problem.

Oh i understand it may be difficult, dont take me the wrong way. Its just i have not ever seen it mentioned whether or not it was even in the works, or being looked into, not to any reply on twitter or here.
Can i ask though, is it being looked into? Would love to play the DLC but really want this option.

My pro isn't it particularly louder with Spiderman compared GOW so I doubt it's a game issue.

Definitely going to buy the DLC too because, honestly, I'm kind of holding off finishing the game because I don't want it to end.... NG+ might help that though.

it's being looked into though I don't know how much we can safely turn off with out breaking things. It's a ways off though if anything happens there
ok so you guys are right there's a photo mode issue with LOD on the suits. sorry we couldn't figure that out before.

I have the special edition disc version, and I have just confirmed I see the low poly versions of those costumes in photo mode too.
I have previously uploaded a crash report with save, if that can be used. PSN is same as Era handle.
Ok cool thanks for the update. I will wait for all 3 packs before i play anyway so its like a new game, but its good to at least know its at least in the thought process. Again thanks for the game in general it is bloody amazing!
Finished it again. Ultimate difficulty is pretty lame, at least on New Game +. Enemies do a little more damage and that's all. It's pretty meaningless, if someone told me that was spectacular I would have believed them. The only thing sort of different is bosses do significantly more damage but even then they're still very easy.
I'll play through the game again with all cutscenes on Ultimate difficulty starting with a normal new game next time. Hopefully that is somewhat of a challenge. Right now I'm pretty disappointed though.

Sure, but it's baffling after seeing how other open world games give that option, that nobody heading this game up even considered having that option.
Not a Spidey PS4Pro. I think everything is loud on the loud ones though
Well please do your best when it comes to customizing the UI even more, even if it is just for the next game.
Horizon does things perfectly for me anyway. If you need any notes we know you guys drink beer together at some point.
