Wow, that's a lot. can't say I know how any of it works but 5GB for what they've described doesn't sound well optimised.
It includes the data for DLC 1 The Heist that is accessible on Tuesday. It's in the patch notes.
Oh damn! That's cool, so sounds like it's a bit of ground work for the DLC.
To add some more information. It definitely is a bug because the models are in the higher polygon version whenever you 1) in selfie mode 2) hanging on a wall like this:
And only in this position, in all other it's low poly again and 3) in the whole Halloween party scene, there the costume is always in HQ poly mode, which is just f'n weird. You can easily see it on this costume cause the lines on his mask on his forehead are broken up because it's low poly.
Noir suit and the standard white spider suit have the same problem.
And Insomniac just doesn't care at all, no matter how many people write them.
Sadly, Dark1x is also not pushing for it which would help, but they also aren't pushing for the broken X version of Witcher 3 at the momemt so they are probably just super busy at the moment, sadly.
I watched a vid on that difficulty setting and so far what I noticed is that enemies do more damage to you.
