Darksiders 3 is about 15 hours long on average

Oh thank god. I really struggled to get through Darksiders 2 because of how bloated it was.
Yes, I need a shorter game or two. Assassin's Creed Odyssey is great but I'm not gonna have the energy for another long game after I'm done with it. 15 hours sounds perfect.

Titanfall 2 is like 6 hours long and I'd value it at $100 for the campaign alone. Length has nothing to do with price or quality.
Single player only, 15 hours long, no microtransactions, etc.

I can't help but shake the feeling it will be forgotten for other reasons that aren't its length or lack of multiplayer
Darksiders 2 took me around 25-30 hourish, did most of the sidequests (I think I only skipped the garbo collectible sidequest one) and also DLC.

however I must add that Jesper Kyd's score in Darksiders II was not just better than the game itself, but also his finest work to date!

Meh, I loved the amount of dungeons and quests in Darksiders 2. Era/that old place's hate of Darksiders 2 always felt completely bonkers to me.
I just hope it's not as tedious as Darksiders 2 was. The combat was fun, the loot system was good, and the side quests were also fun. But there were too many tedious dungeons

That has to be the shortest of the series then. But my worries are not the length of the game,but the quality of the campaign. Let's hope that they managed to refine these 15 hours to the max
I hated the loot system in DS2,but I loved the dungeons,questing and the map design. And the combat was sooo good

Darksiders II was at least a third too long, so this is definitely not a bad thing. A bit concerned by the impressions thus far, though.
Sounds alright, probably longer to 100% it, which should be just fine.
Still doubt I'll get it until it's on sale. Combat doesn't look as good as D2, there's so much out this season, and they haven't shown enough of the game yet (don't really know the structure much, how many dungeons it'll have, etc).

I'll get it for black friday if reviews are positive. Game looks cool and I've played the others.
15-20 hours is my ideal campaign length nowadays. A game has to be particularly special to keep me engaged for longer

Era is the bastion of short single player games. The masses don't show their disgust of online only service games every chance they've got.
Between Darksiders 1 (original and Warmastered), Darksiders 2 (Deathinitive), and reading the novel, I've spent well over 100 hours in the Darksiders universe.

nah, not even that. I'm more talking about how I think this game will disappoint even fans of the past games. but this mainly comes from the, in my opinion, poor showings of the game. there's not much variety in the presented environments, they shown the same bosses several times already, and I feel teh combat lacks the glitz and glamour of the second game. that last point might be a good thing for some folks though, so ymmv. but engagement just seemed low

Thank god. The sweet spot for me when it comes to single player campaigns is 12-16 hours. I can't stand long ass games sometimes, especially as an adult with responsibilities.
Praise the lord. I'm currently playing the first one and its really solid. The 2nd one was good but pretty lengthy.
