I think the two on one boss in that launch date trailer, that was also able to do a spin attack, kind of reminded me of that boss from Nier Automata too which is cool.

So disappointed by this game... Buy it yesterday on Discord... played 4h, and it was the end credits already !
I was thinking of something a little more like Dark Souls, I mean, exploration, secrets, but no... Only a Boss rush, with no gameplay between 2 arena :/
Very sad, I was thinking of something different for this one, don"t remember about the 'Only Boss' fight thing.
Controls are weird on PC, the feeling is quite okay but the action is not super visible.

Thanks for your feedback. I see why it was so cheap now. They said it was an ARPG, not just boss battles. Bummer that their description lied :(

I thought it was clear from the beginning that it was a boss rush; at least that's how i imagined it. Is the gameplay good at least?

Last I knew, ARPG's don't consist solely of boss battles.
It was always marketed as a "boss rush" game. Shame you didn't like it though, I might give it a go before my Game Pass sub expires this week.
Effectively, only my bad on this, always see the trailers but never understand that it was boss rush only ><

Don't feel bad. They advertise it as an ARPG even on Nintendo's web site. You were deceived is all, not your fault.
I preordered the game on Switch but can't play it yet because it is still locked behind a time constraint. I feel deceived as well...
Except it was marketed as an ARPG.
