Are You Going to Play the Spider-Man DLC?

Nah, I sold the game as soon as I finished it. The DLC I'm sure will Be interesting but I don't think it's likely to be anything that different to the main game and by the time it was done I felt I'd got what I wanted from the game.
I'll probably watch it on YouTube though

So close to launch? I already feel Spiderman is old news. I don't get it really. I usually never play DLC because they are so far removed from the release that I have moved on. I have bought and not touched the DLCs for a few games like Bloodborne because of this same reason.

This one DLC is cutting it close so I will play it, but I think I am past Spiderman for now.

I think the only DLCs that have really worked for me are ones like Destiny where I have kept playing the game or you keep building your character.

I would love to know why people prefer the DLCs for a game to be so far removed from the release, at least for single player experiences like this one.

Yep, I bought the season pass for about £13 a month or so ago. I'm looking forward to getting back into it.

Yeah but I just finished the platinum 2 weeks ago and moved on to AC: Ody so for right now, I'm all set with it for a little while. I'll come back maybe next year but at least I got it all done.

I even played the boring scraps of the tertiary content of the base game, so the hand-made story stuff is definitely a must-play for me.

Bought the $80 edition with the season pass so yeah. Hope it's good, didn't really love the main game as much as everyone else.

The fact that its so close to release makes it better because i rarely go back to games many months later to play DLC.

I hope these DLC's are on par with some of recent favorites, Witcher 3 and Horizon ZD. I don't expect this dlc to contain as much content but hopefully between the three dlcs there will be a lot of stuff.

Probably not. I still haven't finished the main game and I doubt the dlc does anything to change the games repetition problem.

Probably not now as I am done with the game and I have moved onto other games, plus Pokémon is releasing in November so my focus is on that.

That's a reasonable price, though I will probably wait till the final one is released before getting it just I know what the content is. I don't like the idea of paying in advance and then having to wait for the product.

That's quite the disappointment. Don't think I'm down for a $25 season pass with no new (part of) map. I got my fill of the current area.

The second game I've ever bought a season pass for.

The first being DBZ Xenoverse.

If it's a worthy amount of content at least, if it doesn't hold up to the rest of the game then I probably won't as desperate as I am for more story with this Spidey.

Hell yes I'm going to play them. Not at launch but I'll buy the season pass down the line when I have the itch to revisit the game.

Nah, the game barely overstayed its welcome as it is. Was a good length and I'm satisfied.

I plan on it, but I am waiting until all three are out so I can replay the game and then jump into the DLC. With NG+ that they announced today I can bring over all the stuff I already earned as well which should make a second run through all action!

Prolly not...I still have the physical version but stopped playing out of sheer boredom. Doubt I will pick it up again anytime soon since Im deep in AC Odyssey and RDR2 is right around the corner.

Waiting on WoM + when they are all out likely. Open world DLC is really hard to get right, the only ones I can think of enjoying were huge ones that added new areas and whatnot. I can't think of any I've enjoyed or that didn't feel very basic when they were just added into the existing world.

I think I'll wait to see if it's a significant expansion when all three packs packs release. I'm not that interested in jumping back into the game for an hour or two of new stuff per DLC, if that's what it ends up being.

Nope, even though I liked the game. It just wore out its welcome by the end.

I got the platinum and I'm good. It's a fine game, but nothing I've seen of the DLC seems that substantial.

I'm thinking these are going to be smaller dlc packages so I'm going to wait until all three are released and binge them in december.

Not if it has any of the Mary-Jane and Miles stealth section it's not. Sorry but they were a drag.

I'll wait until it's released to see reviews and an overview of the content. The alternative stealth sections sucked, so if there's more of that, count me out.

I had a good time with the base game, so I'm open-minded to playing more.
