Well that came out of nowhere. Didn't know the game had a release date, much less coming out today. I hope it succeeds just as well as his previous game. I was a fan of a Pony Island.
Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin lookin' good. Still slated for "Winter."

I remember them saying the unrated version was canned due to financial reasons. Games biggest problem sure wasn't the demon sex being removed so I have little desire to check this out anymore.
What do you mean? 90% of Pc games are digital only today. If you mean CDKeys having cheap key from other regions is still possible.
He mean that there will be no retail keys = no cheap keys on cdkeys + probably no keys in 3rd party store like HB and voidu
Every time I see the Atelier games on steam I let out a long sigh. For whatever reason, KT refuses to really put those on sale or lower their base price. I guess they think they're Nintendo when it comes to that series.
Is there a series KT lowered the base price for/ discounted heavily? They release 60€ games and leave them on Steam, the best you can get is a 50% off but when you see that game is still 30€ discounted after a 3-4 years release...
It's annoying because relatively speaking, they're always on sale on PSN. -_-
All of them had a 20-30% discount several times. Don't know if you mean a higher one.
In my case some days it is around 18GB, then goes to 14GB, then 17GB... XD
The discounts on all KT games are pretty meh every sale. Every major sale im checking my wishlist with the intention to pick up some old musou games among others, only to be disappointed to still see a 25-30 € price tag.
And don't get me started on their DLC prices which seem to be completely random most of the time.

Is there anyway to view all VoidU and sort by price? or Discount? The site has a horrible layout.
At least Warriors Orochi 4 seems to be 60€ again.

Not only does this make them one of the top 5 or top 10 most expensive games on Steam in Europe, KT games also never have decent discounts, so yeah..
Atelier Sophie and Nights of Azure are probably the cheapest games you can get from them during sales, none of their games seem to ever drop in their base price or get a discount bigger than 60% or something.
I'd like to play a bunch of their games but it's difficult to convince myself when there are a myriad of other games I also want to play, which tend to be cheaper and/or newer..
Like, Toukiden is over 3 years old now and still has a base price of 60€ with 25€ being the lowest price...
Yeah, much like Echo just said they get higher discounts on PSN. It's really odd.

Unironically hope it flops and they give up so we don't have to deal with more "Discord First" BS.
I remember getting it for $10 when it came out by using a VPN to switch to the Indian store.....

2D Japanese indie horror adventure game that looks pretty interesting. It's actually a remake of an older freeware game that I recall hearing good things about, but haven't played.

Prey starts out more linear, and later on lets you roam its world very freely. Dishonored 2 is very mission-based, but each mission has a huge level with stuff to explore, and secrets to uncover if you want to find all the useful things. Prey also gives you even more freedom about how to play, and tons of weapons and abilities, whereas Dishonored forces you to use a gun (and crossbow) and a sword, but gives you a ton of ways to use them creatively.
Beyond that, the basic design principles they follow is very similar.
So not only Bad North and Sinner were delayed on PC despite being already available on console and they're Discord-exclusive till the end of the year at least but they also got stealthy released at the exact same time to make sure neither of the two sells decently. Terrific strategy.
So developers totally lied about delay not being related to Discord Store launch.
Humble and Voidu get their keys direct from the publisher. What do retail releases have to do with availability there?

No regrets on the game though. It's god-tier.
I wanted to like it and the remake is really nice looking but the gameplay did not age well. Hiding from the janitor gets real annoying real fast, especially when you just wanna solve some puzzles or explore a bit, he shows up every minute.
I'm going to be late for work waiting for LEGO super villains to unlock so I can play for a bit but I really should leave.
