Do we already know what kind of drops to expect from the Halloween event stages ? Wouldnt mind a bunch of light orbs.
You are pretty much getting non-stop abused in that stage...without a OP healer not even worth trying lol.
It's bound to be dark mats, because that's what the enemies will be. That's how it's worked in the game so far.
Yeah, thats expected because of the enemies but there might still be a way for us to get Light orbs during the event. Same way we got Blue orbs from the raid pulls even though the stage itself provided red orbs.
Light Halloween units will be boosted, so thats when you usually when you make the player receive as many Light orbs as possible to encourage them to pull for the Light banner.
But we will see how it works out.
It'll probably be dark orbs from clearing the quests and light orbs out of the raffle box equivalent, just like it was fire/water for the raid event.
As others said, use focus strikes. If that is too difficult, like if you are stuck with an archer or there are a lot of guarding enemies at once, use a dragon. Any hit from a dragon breaks guard.
God I love this game, not sure how I missed this thread. Currently just spending all my stamina running jupiter's trial and saving up my wyrm gems to hopefully pull some nice light buddies when the new banner starts. Should hopefully have enough scales and mana and weapon mats saved up that I can spring into high level co-op stuff from the get go.
I decided to use the single tickets that I had from the raid before the banner change in case it made me loss the extra 5* pity chance and got Hildegarde so I won't have problems surviving the next event. I still hope to get Hallowing Elisanne for extra damage though.
Cheers for this reply and the others! I actually didn't even really understand the force strikes if I'm being honest so this was very helpful. From what I've seen, do your teammates never actually execute them even if they know the ability?

I've never seen the AI use a focus strike, and the AI is not great in general, so nope, they won't help you there. So it is good to make sure to have focus strikes unlocked on the character you are controlling.
Should I bother with 4 star weapons or just max out 3 stars then move on to 5 stars when smith level is enough?

You absolutely should bother with 4*, because 5* tier 2 and above require a very limited item that can only be gotten from events.
yeah isn't there like 200 Halidom levels that need to be gained from 4 star to 5star?
You also require Twinkling Sand for every 5* t2.
So far we can only get 4 from Loyalty Requiem.
4* elemental is also better than 5* t2 due to elemental bonus.
Did a lot of master wind Onslaught tonight as Verica, which went surprisingly well.
But... oof, the drop rate for the materials kinda sucks. 15/master, which you absolutely can't solo, yet it's 10/level immediately for each dojo. And dojos are the only things that take less than like... 7 hours to level for me currently, so you want a ton on hand, and even if I wait on buying the second dojo for a few weapons that's still going to be very hard to keep up with.
Looks like there was a notice from this morning for that; did they do the update yet? Sounds like in cases like that post-update you will still get items even without seeing the chests.

Fear not - this and tons of other fixes should show up in the next update. And we'll continue to make adjustments whenever we find stuff that warrants it. Thanks for your patience early on as we iron out the kinks!
Wow, thanks for the reply! I didn't realize there were devs in the thread. Sorry about the complaint! I've actually been really impressed with the game's localization so far. Everything has a lot of personality.
Are y'all also involved with the voice acting? If so, can you tell the guy who does Berserker's voice he did a great job? I love his victory screen dialogue, lol.

Yeah it seems kinda try hard for a process that's been unanimously known as limit breaking in other games, now we have to get used to another term even tho it's the same meaning. Honestly kind of unnecessary.
With today's daily pull I can finally make a mono-Fire team which means I can make a mono team of every element! Not too shabby for only doing three 10-pulls so far.
Probably outsourced to companies like Keywords International or similar ones, unless Nintendo decided to manage the translation internally.
Having a CM posting here makes me doubt so though, with Nintendo stance on interacting with players on social media/forums.
There's also a possibility that Cygames expanded their CS and CM service to include EFIGS (or at least English) speaking staff.

Quick-Turn options!? I just tested it out, and it's great that we can finally do a sharp turn without the anchor repositioning. Great improvements all around.
Yeah, I'll probably go all-in, unless I (somehow) get Halloween Elisanne early on. I haven't spent any wyrmite after the initial re-rolling (I only summoned via tickets), so it's long overdue. I'm really nervous though.
Patch notes for 1.06 makes mention of celebrating the new event with a tenfold voucher. Among other fixes.
