I don't know if this was mentioned already but Fighting Gold is on iTunes now (US). I bought it because I really want the Part 4 intros to make their way over to the US store eventually.

I love everything about this season so far

They've collaborated in the past, so I'm sure we'll get them down the line eventually.
I really enjoy how Giorno decides to not fuck up Bruno at the end. He has a keen understanding of people as he fights them, he doesn't just seek to win, he seeks to gauge the worth of the person in front of him. I'm not sure any other Jojo with the exception of Jonathan because he wouldn't hurt a fly would have reacted the same. That's a trait that really makes things interesting rather than being another iteration of Jotaro.
I know a lot of ppl says that it is because he has equal Dio and Jonathan blood, but I think the character of Giorno is about overcoming the blood ties from what we've seen. He would have turned out like Dio considering the similar upbringing, but a single gangster has transformed him into someone with an entirely different set of values that he learned rather than relying on what was gifted to him.
Just knowing his stand abilities right now, I feel Giorno could possibly have become an even more fearsome opponent than Dio was. Though it is hard to beat Dio's stand ability. I wonder if Giorno could have countered his father's stand ? Maybe giving life to objects could be unaffected by The World, or being hit by Gold Experience would have caused Dio to be unable to make use of The World effectively.
In any case, having a character that is equally kind as he is ruthless is a nice change of pace. It's not just about pissing him off that makes him violent, it's about doing whatever is necessary to achieve his goals, provided they are good enough even within the world of gangs and crimes.
The fight with Bruno is a really good introduction, really shines in the anime.

Yeah Fighting Gold is up there. I dunno why I was nervous if the opening could reach the past ones in quality. Probably the best non-3D Jojo opening animation wise
For those who have just watched the anime anyone else feel that Part 5 at least in terms of the first two episodes is surprisingly dark? (in terms of content)
After part 4 most likely, but it's pretty much Phantom Blood levels.
Phantom Blood was a different sort of dark - it was more campy than Golden Wind is and basically a tribute to the Universal Horror Movies
