According to some chap on Reddit when this was posted a couple of days ago they tag the ears on stray dogs when they've been neutered by the city.

Skipped around, landed right on the dog crying.

Went from having a shit day at work to heart melting to sobbing mess in about 1.5 seconds. Good job, internet.

Still a puppy

When the dog first walks towards him it's pretty slow and not incredibly hurried and I was sorta fearing the dog wouldn't recognize him, but dang if those dog barks right afterward don't show just how happy he was to see that guy again.

That's how the dodo rolls. They call just about every pet owner 'mom' or 'dad', and that doesn't stop at dogs and cats.

Shrug. I raised my dog from a puppy. Shelter her, take care of her, feed her, provide her companionship for 10 years now. In a lot of ways, she's my child. I don't call her that or anything but sure I think of her that way, she's family.

Meh. It would be impressive of he raised Lions or something.
