I found most of the questions to be worded poorly, but tried to answer them strictly as they were written.

I got 'Liberalism," which is exactly what I would have thought. I generally favor free markets with some government intrusion (54 / 45), world over nation (56/43), and generally favorite liberty over authority (60 / 40), and progress over tradition (62 / 37).

A couple of the questions were confusing so I just selected "unsure".

There were a lot of very broad questions that needed more details so I clicked "neutral", like "research should be done at an international scale". What research? It highly depends on that. lol. Anyways heres mine. With a lot of tricky economic and international policy stuff I also said "neutral" because I don't know how this stuff works and don't want to have an opinion on something without knowledge.

Social liberal. Which checks out, I've been voting my country's social liberal party since forever now.
I'm usually a bit more free market than equality though, I was a bit surprised by that, but I guess it's an American quiz, so baselines are different.

I'm okay with that.

Although I did leave some question as "unsure" because they were a bit confusing.

Some of the questions were weird. "Do I value family traditions above others?" Like, my family's specific traditions like making homemade pizza for Christmas? I mean, yeah, they're important to me, but that's what family traditions are. If my family tradition were to not accept homosexuality, then that's a different story.

Whatever, I got Libertarian Socialism.

"Excessive government intervention is a threat to the economy."

I mean, yeah if it's excessive, sure. Excessive would by definition mean that it's too much! I hate questions like this because, as posed, I strongly agree, but in reality I think government intervention is super vital to the economy so like, man...

I took it as asking if you think it's a problem in your experience. Like have you seen it be a problem for the economy

Mine was the same. Many questions where I'm like "well I don't have the knowledge to definitively say so I'll pick neutral".

I wonder why you did not got anarcho-communist with those axis values.
Libertarian communist = anarcho communist more or less. But I don't think it gets very specific with specific leftist tendencies. I mean really I'm an orthodox Marxist with an open mind towards many paths to socialism but I'll take libertarian communist as a decent approximation of that.

Yeah, the test seems to give the more specific labels only if you get like 95% or more on the axis values. Otherwise you get a general label like libertarian socialism that does not mean much.

I believe in communism, but this test is bad for communist / anarchist answers in most cases.

I see no one remotely close to me. Unless I missed something of course. Makes me feel alone. Still, I like seeing how those differ from me. Personally, I don't care how different results can be, that has no real impact on the important stuff, at least that's how I feel. What matters is respect.

When it comes to libertarian socialism, I don't think it means the commonly known term. It probably means that you're willing to let nearly all things legal as long as it's not harmful to others. Those things that are harmful (corrupt companies, criminals) should be regulated by the government. And I feel that explains a lot of people here.

Libertarian doesn't mean privatization. That's the American bastardization of the term. American Libertarians stole the term from anarchist socialists, who used it to mean that they were in favor of liberation from capital, the state, and hierarchy. Since ancaps love capitalism and hate government, they tied it to their usage if "economic liberty", or private property ownership.

Noam Chomsky.

This makes sense. I thought I got less libertarian iver the years but here I am, still the same but more towards Socialism. If this was the 80s my government woupd be knocking at my door accusing me of partaking in a Marxist conspiracy and sentenced without trial.

With any quiz like this I question the person who doesn't tick unsure/neutral in at least 50% of the questions.

The questions are phrased in an absolutely loaded and clumsy way, most of them are just too complicated to properly answer with just "agree" or "disagree". Many of the questions also contain elements where I agree, but... Or disagree, in this case, but not in others... etc. "Neutral" and "unsure" are also not the same things. Terrible test, imo.

Libertarian socialist, like most here. Sounds close, but even with this many questions it seems like a simplification. Lots of scenarios I think most don't think about. I forgot the exact wording, but "are all cultures equal?" is a common question. I'm very tolerant of other cultures that are here, so I almost put "strongly agree" but some really are rotten. For example, if your culture/subculture only gives women status as baby maker house slaves, child brides, etc. I'm not going to respect that. There are cultures in and outside of the U.S. that I've got serious problems with.
