How would you know ? LRG stated several times anybody was free to negotiate with developers after a run was done. Do you simply assume they have completely reversed this policy and / or that SRG-SLG-SRG2 have never followed it ?
The only examples that come to my mind where LRG was mad about games releasing elsewhere : it was because these were announced while their LRG's run was yet to happen or was even already started. Of course it was disrupting sales.
You can't keep the rights forever anyway, so where do you draw the line ?
It's also not in the interest of the devs who want to sell as much as possible. Of course you need to maintain the doubt whether your game will be released elsewhere or not to maximize impulse purchases, but eventually it's only logical to take the opportunity of a second printing.
Plus I'm aware the games are region free. I live in France and Super Rare Games is European, but their games are much more expensive and I'd totally be willing to import LRG versions instead.
