Fury Road is about as perfect an action movie as action movies can be. The action in it is insane (especially knowing that so much of it is real stunts and not 99,999% CGI), it has fun and well developed characters who go through compelling arcs of their own, the acting is at the very least adequate with some standout performances, the movie looks and sounds amazing and the overall story is quite simple and straightforward yet nicely layered/thoughtful at the same time in a way turds in the wind like Venom could only dream of being. And even though it's high octane action from beginning to end, the movie never loses itself or its characters in all the action. It's just thrilling from beginning to end with just enough room to breathe between action set pieces that it doesn't get exhausting.
If there's one thing you could argue is a bit below the rest of the movie's quality, it's the villain. He's fun and there's a legitimate reason for the good guys to oppose him but ultimately he's a pretty simple character. It's more about fighting against what he represents rather than him being all that deep as a character of his own.
