This is absolutely what we need to see. We need ads just trashing this guy with everything that happened in 2016 and what trump said. Don't attach beto's name to it. Just get Rs to stay home.
I hope sound bits of trump bashing ted and saying he isn't a citizen and talking trash about his wife are playing on the radio there
Come on guys, give Ted Cruz a break. Ever since his close run in at Santa Barbra he's just been trying to keep a low profile. Perfectly understandable.
Hold your nose and vote. That is the key here. Cruz is very unlikable but he is the Red Candidate so they vote for him.
Texas still has straight ticket voting. A lot of people click the R, cast their ballot and leave. He's still gonna get a bump with the R support, even as unlikeable as he is.

In the debate Ted said he chose not to get his feelings hurt and work with Trump. But yes, no idea how this plays with deep red Repubs.
They would never ever vote blue, just need to hope that they just dont go out and vote.
the dem that Ted ran against got 40% of the vote, with a fraction of the money ted had at the time, think tens of thousands of dollars to millions. Beto is going to make it close.
From the ones I talk to, it plays fine. They understand that it was politics and they were trying to get each other. They also understand party over country, so they appreciate Ted doing the right thing and falling in line just as they did. Most Republicans didn't want Trump, but most of them voted for him too.
I thought we got rid of that to stop be voting democratic?
