so frustrating to me that milwaukee keeps getting such good pitching. their bullpen is legit dominant, but there's no excuse for colorado not touching up chacin, considering how much he's pitched recently. score some fuggin runs you idiots

it will be interesting to see if the brewers bullpen can stand up for 3 series with this kind of extreme usage. if they fail, hopefully it's not against the dodgers.

I just dont think the post season awards are at a point where we're solely looking at cumulative WAR.

postseason award?

he was the most productive rookie in the AL during this season, and he's far and away the most talented. i think he's a pretty easy pick. even if he doesn't get it, it definitely shouldn't be going to andujar or torres.

If they complete the sweep then their pen is fine going forward. The NL is so wide open this year that I see no reason the Brewers can't run the table.

Edit: I'm talking WS not winning it.

the NL being wide open just makes the loss to colorado even more annoying. i think the dodgers are more elite than people realize, though.

So Sox sweep Yanks, Astros embarrass Cleveland... then Boston and Houston go 7.

In the meantime, Milwaukee and LA meet up in the NLCS, but the Dodgers freeze when having to play in front of a full stadium of good baseball fans in Milwaukee and have to forfeit as they're scared of all the people after having played in front of nothing but empty seats in LA because the NBA started.

Milwaukee then goes rested and ready in the W.S. and win after BOS/HOU are exhausted from the 7 game ALCS.

Brewers win.

I've kind of felt like the Red Sox have been sandbagging for most of September on purpose (even if they still had a good record).

Go Brewers! The series isn't over yet so I'm not going to worry about LA until I first stop worrying about Colorado:) For now though, yay!
