I think this shot was literally in a ford commercial I remember. Nice!
I got a Bugatti Type 35 C (valued 10mn) from wheelspin and I sold it on AH for a 1,777mn cr I don't know if I did right but I haven't finished the "welcome back" portion of the game so that seemed like a very good starter money.
A few questions for y'all:
1) Is there a completely electric vehicle? I loved driving the Model S in Motorsport 6. I got a BMW i8 but it drives like a regular car.
2) I've watched some mixer streams but I don't seem to have gotten anything from it? Do I need to redeem the influence points somewhere?

How do you folks go about playing with people from the ResetEra club? Is there a way to more easily get into a live session with people from the club instead of randos?
That shows the exact locations of them instead of the purple blobs?
It's especially easy with the shared world. Usually other players are congregated around where the barn is.

After I knew what I had to look for its been pretty easy to find them.
Yeah, drone with the turbo makes it really easy. Once you spot it , it gets marked on your map too.
Yeah, but they seem better hidden or something. They're also rounded, which don't stick out as much as last time, I think.
Follow the dirt "roads." All of the barns have small, unmarked roads that lead to them. Start looking for, and following, those and it will make it much easier.
This was my strategy in FH3 as well. There was always an unmarked road that lead to them, so I got used to just driving around looking for any roads/paths that branched off of the marked roads and then following those.
I'm usually a single player guy on everything including Horizon games, but I kind of want to try out this element in FH4. Where should I start? Should I just do the PVP option on the individual races or something like Forzathon or Team Adventure?
This happens when he clicks the game in the start menu?My mates trying to launch Forza but this comes up. He says it comes up for any game he clicks. Forza shows as installed though.

Forzathon hourly events occur on the hour every hour. It makes a lot of people pile up in the same place for a common goal.
In Horizon Life you can drive up to people to challenge them to an ad hoc race or convoy up with them, which basically means playing co-op. You can also drive up to any event and choose to play co-op although the notification for that is so tiny that most people are unaware when someone makes a multiplayer event lol.
Then there's team adventure which allows you to pick between races, playground games or a mix of both. It's team vs team pvp. Pretty good fun.
Is there a way to just join a competitive online race (not teams)? I can't figure it out for the life of me. Seems like the only way is to go to a track and choose pvp, but at that point the event is so specific and no one joins. Is there any sort of matchmaking or browsing?

No. Even ranked races are team based.
Man, those PvP things are exhausting. It's not about clean racing, more like some kind of destruction derby. Wish it had ghost racing tbh.
Man I literally kick ass at Cross Country and usually get 1st or 2nd in championships or exhibitions but for Night Races and the regular racing championships and exhibitions (forgot what the normal ones are called) I literally come in 10th-12th. Its the killer turns that hurt me... Not sure how to improve, I think I'm going to find a nice old car and just take it slow and try to at least get in the middle of the pack.
If people never mention the difficulty level they're playing on, I never know what to think. Are they new to the genre and really struggle even at lower difficulties? Do they use the driving line? Are they actually Pros that are just exaggerating here, while playing on Expert or Unbeatable?? Also, do they want advice or hope to hear from others that they're also struggling with this aspect of the racing... hard to judge from my point of view with the given info.
I tried taking off all the help and automatic stuff and god damn i suck. I need an even easier difficulty. I have no idea how people can drive without any help like racing lines and automatic gear. Maybe it's easier with a wheel and stick and not a gamepad.

Try Team Adventure, it's a bit crazy but I love it.
The PVP option on the races tend not to work I find.
Oh forgot to mention... Playing on Expert and not really deviating from that as I want to get better... I'm trying to keep Rewind off, but for some of the night races I miss so many checkpoints that I have to turn it back on.
is team adventure basically racing to the finishing point like it was in FH3 before a race starts, but now they made it team based?
I've been driving the McLaren F1 in cockpit view (the car is perfect for that) when I decided to use the horn to see the hand animation and... the horn doesn't work in cockpit view hahaha wow.

They should change the thread name to "Forza Horizon 4 |OT| You must complete the challenges in order".
It happens to me a lot too, but not only at night, in cross country too. Hidden by trees, houses, fences, other cars, A-Pillar in cockpit view.
Not really sure, they play-test this with rewind and racing line off much. I also turned the difficulty down, it's not like getting better at the tracks with more and more restarts would benefit me like in circuit racers with real world tracks.
