Eh, depending on when it releases, I dunno.
Mobile tech is moving fast, I can easily see one exceed a base PS4 by the end of Switch's life cycle.
Eh, depending on when it releases, I dunno.
Consoles are already getting such upgrades too. Dont embarass yourselfDon't compare the Switch to a handheld, they said.
Nintendo won't revise it like a handheld, they said.
But Nintendo has to take into account the people who play undocked (that's alot of people), which means it's not happening because a portable device that lasts for half an hour before running out is a design failure. You not caring for undocked play doesn't mean NIntendo would a make a Switch that lasts half an hour while undocked lol.I wouldn't play undocked and I never meant that it should run exactly like Xbox One / PS4.
According to the rumor it releases next year.Eh, depending on when it releases, I dunno.

Oh, the user said "Switch 2" so I assumed we were talking about a full on successor. But Nintendo has to take into account the people who play undocked, which means it's not happening because a portable device that lasts for half an hour before running out is a design failure.

Mobile tech is evolving fast, but that stuff costs money. You won't see a base PS4 power level Switch for 300 or less and with a battery that isn't dying in half an hour at the end of Switch lifecycle.
They can't use "Mini" because they use it for their classic consoles (NES Mini, Super NES Mini). But yeah, Pocket would be perfect."Switch Plus" if it is that sort of a revision.
Use a letter from the alphabet if it's a "slim".
Call it Pocket or Mini if it's smaller.
Not hard.
Its absolutely true. I did a thread about a month ago asking about a Switch pro and folks lost their minds.Nah this is not true, most people said that 2019 was the year of a revision.
One example out of literally every console Nintendo's ever made. The article even says they're considering specs like screen. I have no idea why people are talking about graphical upgrades. I'd love it if that were the case but there's literally nothing to suggest it'll be anything but a slim.Oh and to those who claim a midgen upgrade won't happen because it's not Nintendo's MO
Here, a more powerful revision of a Nintendo device.

Haha yep, my 1st was homebrew + emulation, 2nd one was main family use (party games and minecraft machine). The third will be my daily commute one if it has better battery, I have power bank but I usually forget to charge it and too much hassle.
Both the other console upgrades were announced before the original Switch was..Consoles are already getting such upgrades too. Dont embarass yourself
I didn't even realise that this improved performance fo DS games.

The leaker is a display manufacturer... of course they are talking about screens... What else would they talk about, they make screens. One example out of literally every console Nintendo's ever made. I'll believe it when I see it.
The primary consideration, judging by the article, is that it will be slimmer. I find that hard to believe, considering it would void any Joy-Con currently out there.
It also means new Joy-Con would have to be thinner to match the new console, which means they wouldn't work with Labo.
Don't believe it.
See, this is the lengths you guys are having to go to to convince yourselves you are getting a Switch Pro. A memory pack and a separate console. It is yourselves you're setting up for disappointment.
Smaller and better battery are not two things that go together very wellPut me in the "Smaller, more affordable" crowd. Maybe, better battery, but thats it.
