Alright I was hesitant but the giantbomb quicklook completely sold me. Looks like a lot of fun.
Not only this, but also loved the demo. Already bought on steam!Scores won't matter, can already tell from the footage that the game looks good and that's enough for me to go out and buy it.
Where are people finding this quick look? Sitting on youtube right now and nothing.Alright I was hesitant but the giantbomb quicklook completely sold me. Looks like a lot of fun.

Well, I feel a little dumb now. lolOn their actual website right now along with AC Odyssey QL. Probably being uploaded to youtube shortly
Thought this would bomb, good for Capcom. They're on a roll lately
Eh, I doubt it. I feel like there's a decent amount of hype for this.
It won't bomb.
So I'm not the only one! It's pretty weird. The US store seems to be ignoring MM11 lol.
Doubtful. I bet it will sell pretty well on the Switch at least.
It was probably a pretty low-budget production to be honest, anyway. The fact that it's just $30 says enough.
Those "fans" are dumb.I'm buying it on everything except the Switch myself.
Also I read a review earlier that said it was overpriced, and even some people who say they love Mega Man agree? Never a good sign when the fans are treating it like that, but that's been the story of Mega Man for a long time...
Ars Technica said:While Mega Man 11 doesn't completely eradicate the tried-and-true Mega Man formula, it isn't afraid to make changes big and small to the way a mainline franchise game looks, feels, and plays. Not all of these changes are for the better, but enough of them are worthwhile that the break from form seems worth the effort. Here's hoping for more regular releases that mix old-school nostalgia with more modern experimentation from Mega Man's creators.
It's definitely 4K on the X. The demo looks razor sharp.

Everything just comes off as a bit too smooth in this new 3D-modeled world, from Mega Man's familiar four-frame running animation to bosses that now telegraph their attack with grand, sweeping gestures. The added sense of depth makes everything look a bit too rounded and shiny, too
Always the case with Slant Magazine
He had it comming.I know he's burned his reputation to the ground and is a farce of the industry at this point, but can someone send Keiji Inafune a fruit basket or something? I can't imagine how it must feel to get outdone on this scale.
I won't dispute that at all. He asked for this. At the same time, the reality of it is pretty crazy to see, because a few years ago, it didn't seem like anyone had faith that classic Mega Man would make a true return.

Gamespot makes me laugh as always.
If being a hard game is a negative for mega man then 9 and 10 should have gotten lower scores too. Stiff control might be a valid complaint though going by the demo.
Dang, the Gamexplain review was a bit deflating.
-No great unlocks or post-game content beyond timed challenges.
-Only 2 Wily stages??
-No surprise cameos
Seems like its a fine game, and they did review it highly, but its a bummer for a 30th Anniversary game resurgence.
