I would've been all over Firewall if it weren't Multiplayer only, so Espire would probably be a must buy for me.

Indeed. Budget Cuts has shown how stealth and VR can mix well.
Oh I know :) Superhot's a minimalistic gallery shooter, whereas Espire 1 branches out into a stealth game with a wider scope. They're similar, at their core, in that they both highlight the importance of planning and executing with surgical precision.
Oh is it out? Thought this was 2019. At least what Steam says.
I don't think it's out yet. It comes out next year, 2019. Atleast, that's what steam tells me. :o
