This guy studied and practised law. He just spits out rambling sentences.
They want the court more than anything right now because its a lifetime appointment. They were scared shitless of Clinton getting elected because she'd be the one picking justices right now for those lifetime appointments swinging it to be more liberal.
I think any neutral person would think Kavanaugh is just not stable person to be a Supreme Court Justice. Holy smokes.
Some of us are sitting at work listening to coworkers repeat innocent until proven guilty over and over while Fox News is on in the office. America can be a dark fucking place where it's hard to see the light.
If Ford did a similar performance she'd be labelled as hysterical despite her attempted rape being far more damaging to her life.
They can't and they won't. And packing the court won't help either, because any attempt they make to do so will just be countered in kind when the pendulum shifts back the other way.
This is the way justice dies. With a vengeful piece of shit full of spite and hate walking into the highest court in the land because his party is full of Nazi scum.
Unless Republican justices are removed in some way - and let's face it, once you're in, you're in regardless of your character, so removal isn't happening - it's going to be the only option.
If Avenatti is the only potential candidate willing to take that step, then he's probably the best one.

The United States of America had a very short 200 years and imploded.
I really don't see how we can make things wprk again. The Government's checks and balances operated on the basis of good faith.
200 years really isnt even that long. Future World History books will describe America as a fascinating footnote.
