I just left a message on a coworkers work phone calling him an asshole. Probably should have just said it in person since there would be no evidence. But the fucker called me in my office and yelled at me about something stupid that had nothing to do with me then just hung up. I called back and he wouldnt pick up so I left a message saying "listen, asshole, dont be calling me to yell and hang up and pissing me off making my day shitty for something I didn't do. You want that thing done then go do it yourself"

Hes not my boss but I may have fucked up by saying asshole in the message. He can forward that shit. Not the worst thing I've ever done but it just happened so..

Edit: He called me back and hung up on me again so I called him back and said "listen, I have to tell you something" then hung up on him. Then he called me back and said "real mature" then hung up on me. I think we are good.

Lmao

When I used to work at Toys R Us I would constantly swear in front of the little kids because everyone in my family would constantly swear in front of their kids and I was never taught otherwise. I kept getting reprimanded by my boss but I never bothered changing my manners cause it was a seasonal job anyway. Maybe I was the reason the whole company went under.

I work in an office job and probably the most offensive thing I've said is calling someone a fucking moron that we work with but not to their face just to a colleague. Even swearing I'm trying not to do anymore. Looks unprofessional.

One time we were playing Fibbage in the office and someone made a joke in-game about one of the guys in the office being fucked by a priest when they were young.

Queue said guy forcing the issue after this happened, explaining that he was an alter boy (alter man) until he was 30, and was friends with a former priest who committed suicide after being accused of being a paedophile, and that he would like us to refrain from making such jokes in future.

Everyone was like "... k". If anything it has made the jokes more frequent and more elaborate. So many questions we'd like to ask him, but he'd already established himself as the office pariah long before this point by revealing that his main hobbies outside of work are leading a cadet brigade and cosplaying as a Warhammer character at conventions. As well as being staunchly Catholic.

A co-worker was explaining how she didn't like the use of female body parts in insults because there weren't any insults that used male body parts, which wasn't fair.

Cue me doing my best Jasper Carrott and listing all of the dick related insults I could think of.

Me and a coworker get a long really well, because we're both single people automatically thought "they must be having sex".
So when our CEO thought he could join in on those "jokes" we suggested we used his desk as a mattress.

His face was like "not sure if trolling" and he chuckled, but he started locking his office when he's away ever since (2 years now).

"Shut the fuck up"

To my pupils.

This was a terrible day, the pupils were insulting each other, yelling in the class, I tried to shush them, but nothing worked. It was like all those nightmares we teachers often have, when you're in the middle of a class with no control at all.

I yelled "SHUT THE FUCK UP, NOW !"

And strangely enough, it worked. As soon as I said it, I regretted it, thinking that they would never respect me again, that I had gone too far, that they were going to tell the Principal or their parents or whatever. But no, they were shocked, yeah, but they kept silent, and I think that for the rest of the year, their behaviour was better.

I'm glad I got out of this school though, it was really really hard. I was replacing a teacher who was on sick leave because of depression and I thought I would never survive myself.

What? That makes no sense. Men and woman have the same number of unique body parts and everything is used in insults.

Women: Vagina, breasts (ok, there's "a pair" but still)
Men: Penis, testicles

Then there are a hundred different ways to say those words but that goes just as much for penis as vagina. Judged by its use in all the movies I've seen through my life I would definetely rank "Dickhead" as the most used body part insult. Well apart from "Asshole" which isn't gender specific but seems to be used about males much more often than females.

She might have just meant that women's parts are used to imply weakness, cowardice, or some kind of fussy/whingey nature (Don't be a pussy, got sand in your vagina, etc.) whereas men's are used more for general jerkiness. Annoys me too.

I worked at a casino for a couple years and would always ask the head of security if there had been any heists that have taken place lol in a place that is heavy regulated and recorded 100% of the time that's not a thing you should be saying but I honestly didn't care

Today I had a chance to say "those look like used tampons". But I didn't since I'm not a savage. I visited the textile handicraft workshop at our work to chat with the women, they were busy doing decorations for the Halloween event at the library. One of them was making long bloodied nails for some beast from white wool and I started to laugh and asked what those are. She told me and I remembered her mentioning those before. She asked why I was laughing and I answered "I don't have to tell you, you know why." She started to laugh too, as did the other lady behind her. Those really did have quite a resemblance to used tampons.

That is true. Female-centric insults seem to be used much more to insult a male than male-centric to insult a female.

When insulting males we usually go for "the opposite of what you are" to insult. I don't really know if females do the same when insulting other females.

I told another co-worker my salary.
and? How's that inapropiate? I do that all the time, i dont make a secret out of how much I earn. If they asked me on tv i'd say so there too, despite my contract stating you shouldnt talk about it. They cant fire me for it because its against the law to forbid your workers such things.

Is it that bad? I can't count the number of teachers that would curse or try to hit us with board markers or publicly shaming us when we were being disrespectful in class
Usually those were the teachers we liked the most or respected the most

I was talking about how I can't take a bowel movement with shoes my body needs to breathe and be comfortable

They walked in the bathroom and saw my barefeet and wondered why there's someone with no shoes on in the bathroom stall .

I once said to a co-worker, "It literally takes a plane crash to get new senior management in this company!" (it was a true story). I later found out that said co-worker was on the plane and saved one of the executives on board.

I guess this was 16 years ago now. We secretaries of a commercial real estate firm were having lunch together. 3:1 women to men ratio. The women start talking about "Which guy in the office would you have sex with?" The answers from the girls go around the table, a gay guy mentions his crush, then it's my turn. I assume I'm supposed to still be considering which guy. "Steve, I guess. He's handsome and in good shape." Everyone bursts into laughter. The girl who started the game says, "No, which woman would you have sex with in the office?" Now, the girls have all chosen from agents and accountants and managers, but in the sexist world of real estate I have a couple of unattractive older female agents and the women sitting around the table as my pool. I don't see any way out of this without hurting feelings so, panicking, I tell her, "Uh, well, I'd bend you over this table." Eruption of laughter again, luckily including from her co-worker boyfriend.

I told someone to "Have a Magical Day" which at Disney is code for "Go Fuck Yourself." I didn't know it until my boss told me that...still don't know if the dude was just messing with me but my entire team believed him!

Which was exactly why I reeled them off. I think she the whole conversation was taking place because either someone else in the office or a client called someone a cunt.

I remember saying to a coworker that I really enjoyed sucking dicks or something of the sort because I was talking about how hard it was to find cute gay men in my town.

I censor myself at work for the most part.

The November confession thread is going to be like the above for the fear of reverse IP address, tracking for the stories and wanting to ban posters.

We have a confession thread in here?

Hooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I said "for fuck's sake" this afternoon after finishing a phone call in which my tenth client of the day referred to me as "ma'am". But I didn't say it to the client, so nobody cared.

Ah, so they don't want us to organise and unionise. By forcing us to keep it to PM, we can't share our dissatisfaction so we can gain no traction. How very oppressive.

If you have a problem with that you can PM a mod or leave the community. I dont see the point of complaining in here where as someone could have just pmed a mod and asked him/her to clarify for all in this thread

Because we are suppose to PM mods if we have a problem and some people in here just complain and dont do what they are suppose to do.
Lol. Nothing fucking happens.

Explain how multiple posters separately messaging mods, not getting responses, and nobody having any fucking clue what they can and can't say in this thread is the optimal outcome here.

Wow what happened in here?

Guys it's honestly baffling that this thread got derailed to this degree over a tiny three day ban. In retrospect this thread probably should have been locked from the start and yes that's on us. But the post that was banned seemed gratuitously violent and over the top – a pretty routine report like the hundreds we process every day. After a standard review accounting for context the length was set to three days. There hardly seems any point in lifting it now that it's almost expired.

In general, threads asking for the worst thing you can think of do not mean that the rules are suddenly suspended and anything goes. That should be obvious but it's been a misconception in the past.

As far as we can tell nobody sent us any PM or email about this and that's really disappointing. We would've been happy to get in here sooner.
