Most certainly, closer to release (maybe a few weeks out) we can coordinate on PMs or Discord.
I aim to keep the OT skeleton consistent and not image heavy and to keep the overall size to a reasonable level. I find that the larger the opening post, the more people decide not to read it.

Do you have any examples so that I could get an understanding of how this would work?
Personally, I tend to compartmentalize each section and split them with a header image so they're easy to find and read, which usually balances out the "TL;DR" effect. Worked well for the NieR Automata and Persona 5 OTs.
I took a look and I definitely prefer your Nier Automata work the most. I like the idea of compartmentalizing image galleries at the end of the post.
I think the only presentation stuff I would change is not including the boxart images, reducing the size of the hype-catching gifs and reducing the size of the headers by half to help mobile users with data and readability. I also would make the character intro section only show portraits instead of full-body to once again be helpful to mobile users.
Once again, we can work this out once it's closer to release.

I'd like to help any way I can. I did the VC2 OT. I'm a fan of not embedding all the information into images because when people do that it's not searchable.
Agreed - embedding all information into images - while it looks nice - doesn't help people find things.
A mix of headers/images/text is best, because people can still search through the text while appreciating the headers/images.
For how, I've gone ahead and created a simple discord server for us to use to communicate for the purposes of the VC4 OT. Find the link in your PMs.

I'm interested in making an OT for ArcheAge, but I want to include information about the recently opened private server that removes the more gamebreaking Pay-to-Win aspects of the official release. Is that allowed or not?
