Disney plans to close down FOX Sports Brazil & give exclusive sports licensing to ESPN Brazil and some want CADE to not allow it.
Take it with a grain of salt as this points to a Brazil .gov site and it is not showing India approving in the timeline, but apparently Brazil has already approved:

Except you are CLEARLY missing the fact Disney is selling/trading back their stake in Sky and will recoup billions of dollars, yet you have completely ignored that fact to say your favorite company that you know nothing about were forced to overbid for Fox (which even analysts agreed, they did not).

Comcast makes like 85 billion in revenue a year.......they barely upgrade any infrastructure. What the hell they doing, just buying media?
Even if Comcast can't get away with the specific shit they do in the US, they will try their damnedest to get away with as much as they possibly can in the UK. Like, that's in their DNA.
