Eh, the Hollow Knight is a character in Hollow Knight, it's not really the same thing as the hacky old 'say the title of the movie in the movie' trope.
Kingdom Hearts obviously mentions the thing it's title after often, but I am here specifically for Chain of Memories.
It has multiple lines like:
"Naminé: Yes, but first, I have to undo the chains of the memories I made on my own."
or
"Sora: If the chain of memories comes apart, the links will still be there, right?"
and it's really jarring.
Birth by Sleep is even worse in one of the secret endings, but it's only mentioned once there.
Chain of Memories does it much more often.

This might be one of the funniest easter eggs in years, and it´s perfectly inserted in the game (as in, there is no reason for you to backtrack to that area of the game when you are close to the game, but if you do they treat you with this joke).
