Is it wrong to be a tad suspicious? Like they needed to make this post today because they want to keep to 3 fighters a week, but something else is planned for this week that might mess that up?
I mean she's already been playable so I'm sure he could make something.

If it's just Incineroar and Ken then they only could afford to have like 5-6 weeks of 2 characters but if people are expecting more than they are expecting two more right? so that would leave like 2-3 weeks of two characters or so.
I think you're too suspicious. They definitlely have the blog updates planned out ahead of time and hey're basically on track after skipping update 143. If something were to happen this week it would have to be so out of nowhere that they couldn't fix the blog in time but even then they could easily just run today's fighter and skip another fighter later in the week.
Mipha does have more m9veset material with the zora stuff plus spears

It's just weird since they always start the week with a fighter. It feels like there was a reason they needed to start this week with an item.

I think it'd be more weird to have another smash announcement, and it'd need ot be a meaty one if they can't even lead the week with a character video in this scenario, within the same month as the last one. Like at least wait a week and kick it to october.

Perspective. Simon is holding it behind himself pointed slightly away from the camera, which is located nearest Simon's opposite hand, while the camera is closer to the axe in Richter's picture at a less extreme angle and he's holding it at a slight angle towards the camera.

He holds it in a different grip so honestly richter might be at a different point in the throwing animation where it shows up bigger as it leaves his hands

Kirby goes to Tilted Towers and swallows some npc taking a shower and hides in the bathroom all game like a goober but gets killed at the end since he didn't pick up any weapons. Snake does the same thing in his box but loses because he doesn't have the good box from MGSV
Luigi managed to make it into the top 5 running around like a fool and hiding everytime he hears gunshots. Peach ends up winning because she uses her Toads like frying pan deflecting all bullets, she has a belt on over her dress and 3 Toads hanging on it, plus the Toad she holds in her hands

I don't know about that, having Alucard instead of a whip-wielding Belmont as the first Castlevania character would be like having Cyborg Raiden instead of Snake.
I would happily trade Simon Belmont for Alucard.
If you're gonna add a second Castlevania or Metal Gear character, those two are next in line for their respective series.

they asked why it looked smaller, not why the pose was different
While things do shrink and grow for moves, its also clearly foreshortened because theyre completely different camera placement
A cartoon physics based character like Kirby or Duck Hunt probably.
Take those out of the equation it would go to either Bayonetta or Sonic, most likely Bayonetta cause she has actual firearms.
