FiveThirtyEight is now modeling the upcoming US Senate elections

Currently, the Dems have a 3-in-10 chance of reclaiming the Senate this cycle. Not for lack of enthusiasm, but because they face a historically difficult map, with 26 of their seats up for re-election compared to only 9 Republican seats.

I said it in another thread but you all better be fucking worried about Nelson in Florida losing his seat to Voldemort. While everyone is cheering for Beto we are going to end in a wash. And Florida won't be a swing state anymore, it'll be red.

Get out the fucking vote. Next six weeks is all about that. It's not enough for you to vote. You need to get ppl you know who don't vote to get off their butts and involved.

The boomer boogeyman is dead, there are more of us now. But if young ppl/minorities don't fucking vote, it's a complete waste.
