Any of y'all in 2+ leagues with a player both on your team and playing against the same guy?

Got Hyde in ESPN; playing against Hyde in CBS. Latter has the higher buy in so I guess I'm rooting against him? I don't know!!! Fuck!!!

I'm playing Mahomes this week and playing against him. Tell me about mixed feelings.

Honestly I have 1 main league that gets 95% of my focus then the other leagues I do my best. I dont care if I have a player in one league and play him in another as long as it benefits my main league lol.

I started Tyrod Taylor in my Draft Kings league so I could afford better RBs and WRs.

They'll probably give him his job back. He started the pre season games over Fitzy.

Can't stop :lol. Just :lol so much

Fitzmagic is the starter. Winston is the backup. He's even in legal trouble again. This is the new status quo until Fitz comes back to earth or gets injured. Winston will be cut in the offseason due to the terms of his contract. They're just riding it out because they need a backup.

If Fitz can play at a high level for 1 to 2 more games, I'll agree. But until then.......I mean, the term Fitzmagic has existed for years. He's done this before.

What is this "1-2 games" situation where they play Winston? Sure, if there is a 4-5 INT "Delhomme". Or an injury. But let's say Fitz has 200 yards, 1 TD and 1 INT for whatever reason this week or next. Zero chance Winston plays. The Bucs will play Fitz until they are sure the magic is gone, because Winston has no upside. They have to cut him in the offseason and probably would have already if they had any other legit option waiting in the wings.

If he has 2 200 yard, 1 TD and 1 INT games, Winston will have a shot at reclaiming the starter QB position. 2 winning games is just too small of a sample size....Fitz need to prove it with at least 1 more game, IMO.

Basically, he needs to beat the Steelers.

I hear you, but in vegas I would take that bet every time. Fitz wasn't just good - he made DJax the NFL's leading receiver. Winston hasn't seen that upside in 5 years. I think Fitz would have to be awful in the next two weeks to start Winston after the bye. And Week 4 is the Bears so he gets a built in discount. So really, he would have to have a Delhomme this week.

I would feel supremely confident about Fitzpatrick playing Week 6 against Falcons unless Khalil Mack hurts him, but all this really means is what we already know: start your Bucs (except Brate), hopefully you have a better option against the Bears, but I still think that the Bears corners are not impenetrable either.

Thank you for the updates. *shakes hands*

Also that other poster inquiring about DJax. Take a chance on him while Fitzy is red hot. But i like Freeman in the long run.

Right. So I've been gravely burned by Jets Anderson so far this year. Off to the bench with you until the Jets start throwing deep balls and you stop fumbling.

Hyde has single-handedly given me a chance this week. What a mensch.

I can't believe I am saying this, but I am somewhat contemplating benching Deshaun Watson this week for Fitz. That's silly, right? It's Deshaun Watson.

More importantly, I need to settled on my Flex. At this time it's a decision between Robert Woods, or Golden Tate. Tate has been solid for me, but it's harder to trust the Lions' offense each week

Playing against Fitzpatrick so if he can come back to earth that'd be fantastic.

.5PPR - would you guys rather use Tevin Coleman or Chris Thompson as trade bait?

My other two RBs are DJ and Barkley. DJ's trade value is at an all time low and I honestly don't know what to do with him.

If you can trade Coleman, do it. When Freeman comes back, he's going to keep the passing game work but lose 90% of his rushing game numbers

What do you all think?

Cam vs. Cincinnati
or
Cousins vs. Buffalo

I'm leaning Cousins

I'd never sit Cam this season tbh. he has a safe enough floor to roll him out every week and you want him starting for the weeks where he blows up. gotta figure 40-50 yards on the ground and the potential for a rushing TD is always on the table plus whatever he does through the air plus the upside potential of getting multiple rushing TDs. granted Cousins just blew up last week and the Bills are the Bills but like I said I'd never sit Cam this season.

I've started Cam the first 2 week, but are the Bills are as horrible as they appear to be.... that is my dilemma.

yeah I just feel like for Cam instead of looking at individual games you just roll him out for the whole season and more often than not the dice roll aspect will be in your favor. you could very well hit this week with Cousins and Cam has a dud but that'd be my logic. Cam is just the perfect balance of a safe floor and crazy upside that I wouldn't want him benched. also I've heard this logic thrown around and it checks out for me, the Panthers O-line is not good which means a lot of scrambling and yards on the ground and a lot of quick dump offs to McCaffrey for padded passing stats. he finally has a security blanket check down guy for when the pocket collapses.

but I'm obviously high on Cam for fantasy purposes so take all that fwiw. you gotta find the logic that works for you and feel good about it.

I'm going to push for a vote in my CBS league to just get rid of the TE position and replace with a WR/RB or straight up FLEX. I've already talked to the commish and he's down.

Tight ends suck and are annoying to deal with. Having another receiver, back or literally any other position is more fun than dealing with stupid fucking TEs.

Also: start Jordan Reed or Trey Burton this weekend?

As a Melvin Gordon owner do I drop Ekeler to stream Murray this week if Cook is out? My other RB option is just to play Lamar Miller.

I think more people would be on board if it were a flex position that features RBs, WRs, and TEs. That would likely limit most to having one TE on their roster without the need to look for a bye-week replacement.

If Buffalo is as bad as expected, I fully expect the Vikings to go up quickly and bench starters for at least the 4th quarter, perhaps part of the 3rd.

The defense is too good to let the Bills score more than once or teicd, the offense (should) could go up by 20 or 30 at halftime and there would be no point to play Cousins/Diggs/Theilen at that point. Especially with the cobbled together offensive line they have. Cam is the safer play I think.

I think Murray gets a lot of snaps this week. Gordon will play, and he will get fed. You just gotta beware the Rams D is formidable. So I don't see Ekeler doing much better than Gordon, even if you risk the handcuff

What's wrong with Lamar though? The Giants D ain't doing great against RB
