Preorder Ace Combat 7 to get Ace Combat 5 PS2 Classic on PS4 (Ace Combat 6 BC on Xbox One)

Ace Combat 6 was delisted on XBOX Live, so the only way to buy it currently is on disk. It will presumably get added by when AC7 comes out.
AC7 is supposed to be 60hz on every platform. VR is PlayStation exculsive.

Technically, they only supported 480i, so this is going to be a tremendous jump either way.
I cannot wait to play that last mission again...

Even if I have to choose between a simple port of AC5 ps2 version with no enhancement to AC6 with enhanced whatever, I would choose AC5 in a heartbeat. That game is truly special to my heart. To be able to play it in PS4 is a dream come true for me.

The trailer soundtrack is epic.
I've been considering picking this up for the VR aspects alone. But this is certainly sweetening that pot, no doubt..
Edit - would lioe to add I haven't played an Ace Combat game since a demo disc on PS1. They always look neat, but I could never bring myself to buy one. However, I am always in the lookout for new PSVR games, and AC7 looks to at least have enough of an offering that isn't in any other game game available for PS4. Really looking forward to it.

OHHHHHH That Japanese VO is really good, now I'm thinking on playing the game with this VO.
PS4 version for me. Better performance compared to base consoles on the Pro, PSVR support and Ace Combat 5.
Please bring back the Ace Combat 6 DLC for the 360 store, Namco. I would immediately purchase all of it.

Can you even preorder on PC now? Bamco made a store page for it yesterday just to remove it 10 minutes later and there's nothing on their store either.

Honestly, I dont care if this is a literal PS2 port, Ace Combat 5 is THE BEST.

Sorry I was talking about that season pass in the gemetsu link. That season pass gets the 3 planes and stages and the deluxe comes with the season pass.
Still baffles me that PS2 Classics don't have any Pro enhancements. Original Xbox games on the X look so much better than the standard model; it'd be great to see a similar jump on the Pro.

Can you blame anyone though? Getting AC5 in any shape is a better deal than getting AC6. That's like final fantasy XVI coming with a legacy collection in one console and type 0 in another
I still prefer AC:4 but 5 is great too.

That ending QTE never fails to make me belly laugh though, that was worth the price of admission alone.
