Nah. Why bother with a 3rd Party when Nintendo can pull from one of their own games? Besides, this game was made by a studio they once owned about a baseball team they once owned, so it seems fitting.

True, and models for Viridi/Phosphora/Magnus already exist technically
I don't see a Kid Icarus character being more likely than Elma, specially since we know Uncontrollable WILL be in the game and Kid Icarus could just not get a remix.
