How are people presuming "divisible by 4" from the box thing if Pokemon Trainer has only one CSS spot and we still don't know of Mii Fighters will get individual ones?

This is playable. Spirits can have all sorts of bosses from Sephiroth to Sigma to Bison to Eggman and even more if Rathalos is a sign.
And their reveal will feel half as awesome as a fighter

I had a pretty big slump for a while too. Part of me is still reeling over missing out on that Magical Starsign boss by less than a minute!

He's not going to just casually just announce the last newcomer of the game like that. It would be the end of the direct.
The box theory has made people so nihilist about newcomers that anything that isn't Incineroar and Ken will be a welcome surprise.

It's the Assault Carrier from the first stage of Star Fox.
He probably wouldn't make it as casual as I stated, but I think he'll want to reveal the final newcomer at the top so he can talk about, not just the character, but the roster as a whole. Give a full denouncement that leads to "but there is so much more to this game that makes it truly Ultimate" or something like that.
Also I like when Sakurai gets to talk about the characters instead of in a famitsu column. It was cool seeing him after the e3 direct and be on hand to talk more about Ridley and I liked him talking about all 4 characters in the direct more than just reading about K Rool later.
Well, there's a chance that he was cut late into development now.

Not if you get motherfucking Geno or Goku or Banjo or whatever. Anything that big stands strong on its own.
I believe that there's at least two more fighters and and at least two echoes left and no box theory will change that.

I'm talking specifically about Smashdown. People are saying 72 makes sense because it'd work well with 4 Player Smashdown but we're not sure Mii Fighters count as 3 separate entities in the CSS for that to actually work.you can SEE the mii fighters in the image, exactly the same as the the site
That's why I'm not sure if Incineroar & Ken are it. As much as I like Incineroar (I'm pretty much cool with all of the final evolutions for the Gen 7 starters), I don't think he'd be the best way to end off the reveals for the base roster. Plus it still has the same doubt that I have about the other 4chan rumor (which was basically this plus Dante), the lack of the rumored Square-Enix rep.

I like Incineroar, but a final character reveal he is not. You need one last blast of buzz late in the marketing game and you pick... Incineroar?
Though if they swapped the timing for the K. Rool and Incineroar trailer, way less people would have issues.

Is it me, or does the box theory hard lock King Hippo? Think about it, we went on a hero - villain - hero streak. Combine that pattern with the box theory, and there's only one conclusion. He even has purple gloves and yellowish skin/pants so it even aligns with the chair theory. Dont even get me started on the music theory.
Just from a marketing standpoint, it seems silly to expect Incineroar as the last rep, or to get in at all now.
Simon, ridley, or k.rool all would have been better as the final reveal.
Shadow could be a huge DLC magnet.
If we're really only getting 2 more characters, (Sakurai kinda wasn't lyin'.) we're getting Ken as an echo and some character that will make a lot of people happy. My money's on Skull Kid or Geno. That way, they won't have to add a new stage and 103 really is the final count.
Lol, fuck that stage count. The final reveal will be a major 3rd party everybody will love. Dragon Quest Hero or Banjo & Kazooie. Let's get it!
... And then, Sakurai will announce a season pass featuring 8 characters...
It makes sense for him to get in - the leaks are reliable, the Pokémon company would probably pressure Sakurai to add a new Pokémon, Incineroar fits well with fighting games.
Who would ever think it's a good idea to have Incineroar be the last reveal?
