Ugh, having to feed him every two hours is going to be tough, hopefully this phase doesn't last long.
I'm guessing a couple weeks at most given how fast these things grow ?
A little sad how fast they grow. In only 14 days teeth have already developed.Actually, from looking at that chart you probably got it on the same day it was born. Image version:
If it is a rat or squirrel the timeline's probably pretty similar.
Not sure if rat, squirrel or chipmunk pups vary much in size from mice, but it looks like a mouse to me. Mice are not really great pets. Wild mice are going to be even worse.
I work with mice so I have a pretty low opinion of them. Fuzzy goldfish is a good comparison though haha.Mice are perfectly fine pets if you want the fuzzy equivalent of a goldfish.
So mice are actually pretty stupid compared to rats?I work with mice so I have a pretty low opinion of them. Fuzzy goldfish is a good comparison though haha.

Never spent much time around either, I assumed they were about the same, just one bigger.
LOLChrist, it looks like it should still be in the womb.
Rodent babies have it rough. They just pop them right out of there half cooked.
Jesus Christ, Powerhouse. Wipe ya damn chin!status update: still very small.
5th feeding went okay. he didn't drink as much as his 4th feeding [where he took about half a CC in a couple of minutes] but I'm trying not to overfeed and he seems pretty clear about when he's not hungry anymore
still no poop, mildly anxious about that, but he was probably really dehydrated when found and guides saying it can be 24+ hours 'til first poo if they are, and it's only been 17, so
Butt, he does look a little dry there. Did you try wrapping him in that 30 celcius damp cloth mentioned by that Italian vet a few pages back?
Same. Hahaha.
