Make sure you increase the player count in your lobby its one of the options on the bottom left somewhere
Mine still says "currently not available". Is the issue that I didnt preorder? Because I got a code from someone and applied it to my account through the call of duty beta website a few days ago. I should still be able to download and play right?
One small thing i really enjoy in PUBG is the ability to look around you without turning your body while you're skydiving out of the plane. Allows you to go to your chosen area while scoping out to see who's landing not just in that area but surrounding ones as well. Probably more realistic that you can't do that but still.

Exactly. Just watch how Shroud or DrDisrispect move and then compare it to someone who isn't as skilled.
They win so many fights by simply moving so much better then their opponents and being able to flank them
I claimed the code through the site, redeemed it on the Xbox website and then installed on console.

Shroud just got caught off guard, rappeled behind a van, popped a barricade and took a clean sniper shot to kill this dude. So fun

It's literally COD PUBG. I'm impressed, thought it would lose something in the transition.

You can definitely do that in Blackout. Hold down L2 to free look while diving.
I feel like im pouring bullets into dudes with armor but when I have level 3 armor i get melted in 2 bullets lol
So on XBox, in the store it shows "Install" for the Blackout beta. However, if I go to the Game Hub it gives the option to launch the game, but pressing that just takes me back to the store. I'm not even sure whether I deleted the beta or not now after playing the first time around. What the hell is going on?
Kaf, will console ever see some of these PC improvements like the looting menu? It looks sooo good.
Played 3 rounds. First round was really short. Second round I got third and won the third but I don't think I like this. Something feels off about it. This inventory system is so bad. If I'm holding tab why do I have to right click to show my mouse? Just some real dumb decisions. No way to cycle through your gear or meds ? It's terrible.
The UI for PC is being developed for mouse / keyboard in mind and may not be the best choice for controllers. That being said, I think the quick looting on console might have some tweaks in-between beta and launch. I'm not on the UI team so I wouldn't know what they have in mind for the future.

Thank you. I imagine using the DPAD to loot what you want is much more intuitive for consoles than what exists.
What we have now doesnt show all the loot, and makes you scroll through a list. If someone in your team takes that item, the entire plane gets readjusted so you end up picking somehting you didnt intend to because now the inventory moves up 1 space to fill out what was taken.
Getting rekt on PS4 this afternoon. Combination of bad luck and poor aim. Did notice the merit system finally working though so that's neat! Kinda makes me wonder what rewards will be offered and the like.

Get armor, most people are saying the ttk is way too high.
Yeah, on the contrary, the TTK is a bit too high. I've clocked above 10+ hit markers on someone.

Is the beta still only open to PS4? Or did Xbox and PC live now as well. I saw that it updated on my Xbox a few days ago.
Anyone else having issues inviting friends on Xbox One X? My brother and I played about 4 or so games and then it backed me out of his lobby. Since then the 'Invite to Game' is grayed out for everyone and the in-game invite doesn't work. Tried reloading the game and hard powering the console. Nothing works. Is it a COD issue or Xbox Live issue? The Xbox Live Status page currently doesn't say they are having issues.
That's exactly my experience, you also have no real feeling how much damage you do on the opponents, and that everything is so fast paced is something I absolutely don't want from a Battle Royale. :/
I am not sure if this has already been brought up in here, but it appears that you can view the killcam by pressing X (on PS4) while spectating the player who killed you. The killcam can apparently viewed only once - as much as I would like to see myself being killed over and over again.
I'm on PS4. Have had to try a few times to join a friend in the past couple of days. Also, sounds silly, BUT, make sure you have the game mode set to Duos (or Squads if you're playing that) and not Solo. That was my "Duh" moment the other day.
