Because that is illegal. Although this story is for me a compelling reason to legalize it.
But then I feel bad for whoever is working that day...
So not only did he sexually assault three women, but he took away resources and profession assistance from patients who have real problems.
It's okay to shame someone forcing others into their kink.
But there's gotta be people who would happily be paid to do that for him in full awareness it was a fetish, no need to trick actual carers.

This doesn't make a single bit of sense to me. First off, why in the world would he claim to have Down Syndrome instead of just saying he had some sort of generic intellectual disability? Second, how in the hell did the people not realize that he obviously didn't have DS?
More than anything else though is his decision to choose DS. I mean, there are common physical traits that they pretty much all have, although there are varying degrees to them. Anyone can fake being a lower functioning individual with ID though since physical appearance doesn't really have to be affected at all, and often times is not. What a weird and disgusting person this guy is.

Some ppl with ds have little of the facial characteristics. I worked with a nursing aid with downs, you could tell when talking to him, but physically he didn't look any different.
