I need this to get release physically. At the very least, i'm hoping that Japan or Asia gets a physical release.

Will double dip for PS4 and Switch at the very least. This is about as good as this package can get since the licensed games are off limits.

Not strange at all considering all of those have licensing issues behind them.
Perhaps that license is expiring sometime in the next couple of years and they don't want to jeopardize an entire collection because of it?
Either way this is one of my easiest eshop purchases yet.
Well I'd buy it if they released it solo. Hell, I'd pay $19.99 just for the two D&D games.

No. Just because they have (had) the license doesn't mean they can port it anywhere they want. The contract was just for those digital stores. Releasing D&D for the Switch means a new contract.
I hope this sparks a trend and Konami does their own Beat em Up Bundle someday too. Hell Capcom could still do a vol2 of this. Such an amazing genre with such a great history in its library. I wanna see it all come back on switch if possible. So glad we got such an amazing bundle coming this week. Support this thing like crazy folks. Maybe it'll spark more arcade bundles.

I wonder if this is a Digital Eclipse collection or not. Only other developer I can think of as a possibility is M2 (They did Capcom Arcade cabinet on PS3/360, and more recently were responsible for putting together the X Challenge Mode in the Megaman X Legacy Collections). I imagine their hands would be full with the Sega Ages stuff though, so yeah, probably DE.
