Senran Kagura Reflexions released on Switch today...and it sucks

I just want to know if the HD rumble is any special without actually playing the game, any opinions from people that have the game?

I bought and played the JP version some time ago.

The HD rumble is ok for the most part, but nothing mind blowing. Its basically a bunch of mini games with some interaction, 1 playthrough takes under 20 minutes or so. It's meant to be played several times since you can get different rating if I am not wrong.

I really don't recommend buying this unless you are really a huge fan of the SK series. And the base game only has Asuka for the character, the rest are paid DLC. Not sure if anything has changed for the western release.

I remember the vide in the nintendo direct where it was announced making a big deal of the HD rumble functionality so I thought it was going to be revolutionary, glad to see Im not missing anything

I've never thought of trying out that series, but now I kind of want to try out Peach Beach Splash.

Can't wait to buy it.

Which is ridiculous considering the series started there and Nintendo always includes gimmicks with their systems that the SK devs seem to fall all over themselves for (3D screen, touch screen, HD rumble) and the title this thread is about hit the #1 spot on the eShop the second it dropped and did well enough to get 3-4 additional DLC characters added to it.

But PS4 gets the remake of the first game and Switch gets a massage sim and a pinball game, sure, ok

(for what it's worth I have like, all the LEs for all the games so I'm just complaining because my collection is split across several platforms which I find annoying)

I've enjoyed all of the SK games up to this point but yeah this seems like something they could've threw in one of their mainline games as a bonus mode or DLC add-on. Hopefully the pinball game turns out better.
