I know it's a WIP, but the UI looks so insanely busy.

So many things on-screen.

So this is an uncommon condition where an NPC is talking to you while you discovereda new planet/enemy, and are getting yourself in a space dogfight where you want to see where the enemy is. Generally the game doesn't seem this busy.

You're right though.

Definitely. I took a screenpap purposefully when there were a lot of things going on, but honestly, I had several opportunities to do that. Watching the footage I was repeatedly surprised by just how much information was crammed into the screen at once.

They showed ambition! It's just they did it with a control scheme the gamers didn't like.

Imo you can't look at a game like this and then look at Nintendo's "vision" of Starfox — which is to remake the original over and over and over again on an insulting budget — and then tell me that Nintendo show ambition with the series. The potential of what can be done with Starfox in the modern age (think Rogue Squadron but on powerful hardware with online capability), compared to what we actually get is a joke.

It'd be nice to see Starfox 3 in response to this, but at best we can hope for yet another remake of the original with the same tired old cast and storyline, or, god forbid, that racing game we've been hearing about.
