Is this where the media finally call out a lie without gussying it up with flowery language like they've been doing?
I honestly don't know. I saw he word "false" so that's a start I guess.
No

I don't understand what you guys expect after an hourI swear he's just pushing the envelope here, just trying to see how far he can push it.
There has been very little pushback so far?, so just how far does he have to go?
Trump technically killed more people than the hurricane did."They didn't die then, they just died later. So I don't see how this is my fault."
Straight out of Putin's school.
I was talking about the other stuff he's said.
Thousands of muslims celebrating in New JerseyGonna thow the biggest party when this guy eventually kicks the bucket.
Maybe the people who voted for him, also think the same things? It will never cease to amaze me that adult human beings chose that. They took time, went to a polling place, waited to vote, saw Donald Trump's name and said to themselves yep this is good
why is no one in the US calling him out on this? politicians? media? Hollywood? anyone?
I think I'm never quite unaware that the president of the United States is insanely awful. Like probably most other people, I wear it around at all times, like a sodden and rotting wool sweater, scratchy at my neck and damp in my armpits and always, always, inescapably reeking. But still. Sometimes that awfulness crystallizes itself; sometimes it is like that crystallization has been chopped to a fine powder and blasted up my nose. Holy shit, man. The worst person alive—the pettiest, smallest, emptiest, most dishonest, most malignant shit-for-brains you could ever imagine, just an absolute worthless interpretively man-shaped lint clump from the absolute bottom of the human genetic drain—is the president.
God damn, that quote is spot on.
Right outta the bottom and rapidly approaching Australia.
That's EXACTLY why what Trump said is so fucking insane.Wouldn't people dying after the incident make the president look way worse?
Like, if 3000 people died whe the hurricane hit puerto rico, would be terrible, but you can't do much there. But if you go from 18 to 3000 then that should mean that you did nothing to help people in the island and they died for your incompetence, so I don't know how you could brag about that
Of course they haven't. Trump hasn't called them and told them what to say yet.
Smart man.
The human mind, at its present stage of development, cannot function without the aid of fictions, but neither can it function without the aid of facts—save, perhaps, when it is housed in the skull of a university professor of philosophy. Of the two, the facts are enormously the more important. In certain metaphysical fields, e.g. those of mathematics, law, theology, osteopathy and ethics—the fiction will probably hold out for many years, but elsewhere the fact slowly ousts it, and that ousting is what is called intellectual progress. Very few fictions remain in use in anatomy, or in plumbing and gas-fitting; they have even begun to disappear from economics.
You know it's bad when even Trump supporters are completely avoiding discussing this on all their circles.FYI Fox News hasn't even mentioned the tweet.
So also extend your outrage to the Murdochs and boycott any liberal group that even has the slightest of connections to them
