I don't. If the argument is that wishing death upon ayone is illegal, well, it isn't as far as I'm aware. If the argument is that we shouldn't do it anyway for some other reason, they should add it to the ToS instead of warning people about it without having their argument for it backed up. I don't necessarily have a problem with them deciding what is or isn't ok, but I'd like to have it spelled out proper in one place instead of scattered all over a number of threads.
