I feel like my internal drive is dying. Installation stopped, and it started downloading an update for Path of Exiles(on my external) with 70 Mb/s. After that was done the FH4 demo continued downloading to my internal but with only 10-15 Mb/s...
:'(
Edit:
Installation keeps stopping from time to time :(
So far PC demo has crashed with no error message twice before I've even reached gameplay. My streak of great experiences with Windows store games continues!
Crashes on startup for me. Anyone had this problem? i5-6600k, 16 gb ram, gtx 970, Windows 10 obv.
I will post some 8K later.
I did indeed, suffered through bloodbourne though because it was too good
freeroam
downloading now. thanks for the quick reply.
It's still downloading at 76% with 15 Mb/s. The Path of Exile 4GB patch was done in less than 5 minutes. Something's not right here :/I had a similar thought as I had a external as my default drive. It was pretty warm to the touch so I wondered if it was overheating. Switched to the internal drive and saw same speeds so I knew that wasn't the issue though.
It's frustrating, IMO such issues could be countless combinations of bugs between the networking hardware and Xbox alike. I'd say only thing to do is keep working through it analytically, eliminating one possible problem as the cause at a time.

I crashed twice during the welcome to forza sequence. I then turned the graphics down to medium preset which is what the game recommended but I was like fuck medium. I managed to play the first two seasons on medium and then I hit start as winter seemed to be finishing and it crashed again. No message, just back to the desktop.Crashes on startup for me. Oh maybe so. Gears and KI worked, just not FH3. Too bad I deleted it.
anyone able to get the ds4 to work with his? cant even enter the title screen :/
I'll be playing on PC with a 165hz monitor so hopefully i can get a bit above 60!I would've suffered through worse if it meant playing Bloodborne! And that had awful framepacing to boot!
At least you have two options for playing FH4 at 60fps. Praise the sun.
There is a bug in the Windows platform which might cause a small percentage of downloads to be larger than expected. A fix is releasing next Tuesday via Windows Update, before the full game comes out.My Windows store download is away up at 42gb now. Windows 10
Anybody have the same problem?
Thanks.I'm on a PC like that with 16GB RAM/SSD, but only at 1080p. I haven't messed with the settings, just chosen the Ultra dynamic render quality with dynamic optimization on and the game is 60fps in gameplay, but the cutscenes drop to 30fps and there's an ever so slight stutter when leaving the cutscenes and transitioning into gameplay in the opening sequence. I've only played that and driven around the world a little and everything just screams quality. It's absolutely gorgeous and so clean. The kind of game that gives of the impression of doing no wrong (well, the setting could be Japan..).
Can't wait to play it some more and try the One X version.
Holy FUCK.
Here's another image from the intro section in 21:9
Super hyped for this and glad Microsoft is doing what they are doing with Gamepass.

In the meantime, it should complete on its own soon. You can reduce the chances of this happening by not downloading any other apps / games or updates at the same time as the demo.
I'll raise my hand again(as it was with FH3) to be a volunteer for helping out adding forum members to the ingame Club :)Nice to see the old Forza crew back again. Demo looks dope af, can't wait to check it out when I get home from work!
zorbsie, you doing the ERA Club?
