I never thought about that. That would be so damn helpful for me (I don't own any smart watch). Now you got me thinking.

Definitely a bigger upgrade than Series 2 to 3... but I did it for the LTE I ain't even mad.
The fall thing might not be an exciting announcement, but it's actually awesome and can save lives. Pretty cool.

Not true at all. I'm watching it on Chrome right now. No issues.
This fall detection stuff is interesting, but it seems like it may cause a lot of false positives that call emergency services

I love apple but this is not a feature that will work.
It will sense you are falling with rapid wrist movement to the point where you just turn it off.

Yeah. It's definitely useful for GPS and getting directions, but other than that, I don't see the deal considering this things cost tons of money, especially the ones from Apple.
But then again, there's traditional watches that cost 3x times more so... hah.
Yep, I'm out. They clapped for the "detect a fall" thing twice. Once for the reveal, once for the description. While I've been typing this, they've clapped twice at other things. C'mon.
Yeah thinking the same. Might just be it calls who you set as your emergency contact. Doubt they would want the liability of calling or not calling 911 for you.
I had a Moto 360, and I have a ton of watches. I got used to the square design just fine. It's better for actually using vs looking at.
