Only if you think the initial delay was some kind of conspiracy. Which is weird, yes.
Still 35 minutes? Wonder if that means they didn't cut anything or if they added and adjusted stuff to fill the time for stuff that was cut.

I mean the stuff was leaked/announced like that day, some before the direct would have been originally. Having it yesterday wouldn't have made a difference.
You didn't think they would detail online when it was coming with in a few weeks?
Yeah, didn't expect it either. Makes me hopeful of some surprise, even if it's just confirmation that we're getting more than NES games in the future.
Why were people not expecting that? The online is a pretty big deal and was announced for second half of the month a few weeks ago.

What? This is the most outta somewhere a Direct has ever been.
I doubt they will. TGS is next week and third parties have schedules to keep. Not to mention the online service is launching on Wednesday.
They've never discussed it in a Direct before. I thought they would just drop the details in some PR, since reminding people they'll have to pay for online is a negative announcement that will take some of the excitement away from some of their other announcements.
Unless they do have new, actually exciting online related info to share.
Didnt know it was also that time for europe last week. I prefer them at 4pm in europe, but oh well, I suppose this is better if you work till late.
