I realize Atlus usually has one thing each TGS, but I'm still disappointed theyre not gonna be showing off Catherine or 13 Sentinels, if that'll ever come out.

Weird that they aren't bringing Catherine: Full Body. Come to think of it, they've been dead silent on that thing since it was announced. Isn't it supposed to release this winter?

I look forward to seeing more of Judges Eyes. Hopefully getting a better idea of how much variety is in the investigation segments (and what's in the Sega arcade). I hope we still get something on Shin RGG but I guess they might just wait until next year to show that off seeing as they only started showing off Judge now and its due out in December.
I expect to at least get a date on Yakuza 4's remaster as well (which I'm impatiently waiting for after finishing 3), maybe get a concrete date on 5 as well.

It always amazes me how Atlus has so few titles per year in this gen. I wonder how they're able to get a profit. lol

Sega publishing Crash on the Switch.
What an age we live in.

Yeah, this is so crazy... Back when Crash was originally released it was one of sony's flagship titles and the other main competitors where sega and nintendo.
Now you have sega publishing Crash on a nintendo console lol.

Atlus only bringing Q2...

Sega publishing a Crash Bandicoot game for a Nintendo console in Japan. That would have been a weird combination of words in a bygone era.

OMG, you guys reminded me of Catherine and that it is supposed to release this winter! Seeing how it isn't on the list I think that it's almost confirmed that it'll be delayed.

Here's a fun thing I noticed on Sega's TGS website just now. Here is the lineup page:

http://tgs.sega.jp/title/index.html

The link for Project Judge, the first title, is:

http://tgs.sega.jp/title/title_01_judge.html (note the number in the link)

The second title, Team Sonic Racing, is:

http://tgs.sega.jp/title/title_02_sonic.html

But the third title, Shenmue I & II, is:

http://tgs.sega.jp/title/title_04_shenmue.html

It skips #3. Everything continues normally without skips for the Sega games section from there. Given that their main showcase titles seem to be up top, there seems to be one more main showcase title for Sega Games to announce.

The next two sections are Sega Interactive, directly followed by Atlus. There is currently one title in both sections.

Border Break (Sega Interactive): http://tgs.sega.jp/title/title_15_bbps4.html

Persona Q2 (Atlus): http://tgs.sega.jp/title/title_17_persona2.html

Notice the missing #16 there. So there is either one more Sega Interactive or one more Atlus title to announce for the lineup.

All the partner titles continue the number sequence normally without skips.

Conclusion: there seems to be two titles Sega has yet to tell us about: one under Sega Games and the other under either Sega Interactive or Atlus title.

Putting my investigator-looking Shiba Inu avatar to good use.

Edit: Also, I've tried messing around with the image links. Like http://tgs.sega.jp/img/title/03_puyopuyo.jpg and a bunch of other things with no luck, but feel free to mess around. The ones you want to edit are:

For the Sega Games title: http://tgs.sega.jp/img/title/03_XXX.jpg

For the Atlus or Sega Interactive title: http://tgs.sega.jp/img/title/16_XXX.jpg

But I have a feeling that the images aren't on the server yet for whatever they are.

Solid work. Assuming one of those is Shin Yakuza

What the hell's the deal with 13 sentinels at this point?

Also, for a remake announced last year, we really know jack all about Catherine: Full Body. Maybe that's for the best - I'm dreading that game and how it will deal with certain issues.

This gen started with the 3DS and they released plenty of stuff there ...their console games tend to take longer though.

I know that, Atlus is a handheld dev after all but per year isn't that big in both of those fronts. After 2012 their output began to get less.

Um? They have quite a few games already out and coming.

Theybain't Retro Studios. Lol

Retro is a developer, Atlus is a publisher and developer. And they have Catherine, SMTV, 13 Sentinels, new etrian odyssey and re fantasy announced. Who knows when those will come but not every one of them will be on the same year.

A "publisher" owned by Sega, how has been distributing their games in Japan for ages anyway, long before they bought them.

What's the distinction between Sega Games and Sega Interactive? Is the latter F2P or something?
