TE market drying up quick. Walker out. Olsen probably out. Others didn't really produce. Oof.
Amazing that we had so many Top 10 TEs hit the skids with injuries in Week 1... and that none of them were named Jordan Reed.
I lost Walker in my 16-team cash league. Thankfully I also own ASJ so I have a fluke backup out of happenstance albeit not an especially good one.

Looking forward to seeing a bunch of folks overpay for Will Dissly.

My best options to replace Walker are Will Dissly (lol) or Eric Ebron.

Also who's the one to keep, Peyton Barber or Jamaal Williams? Gonna try to get Yeldon since I'm the Fournette owner.

Two-leaguer here

My goods:

- Aaron Rogers didn't die! So that's good, even if he wasn't enough to bring me to the promised land (unless Amari Cooper becomes Jerry Rice 2.0)
- Alvin Kamara, Mike Evans, CMC..... most of my stud picks worked out
- Good production from some undervalued guys like Chris Thompson, Kittle, Carlos Hyde, and Phillip rivers

My bads:

- Chris Hogan........ what was I thinking
- Going all in on the Browns offense might've been a mistake, Gordon atleast got a last minute score but Njoku looked like a nonfactor
- I have Le'Veon bell but someone ahead of me on waivers picked up Conners, who promptly killed it

Both of them still got trade value, I would try to drop the backup QB/Kicker/DST to add him and try to pull off a trade. But if you can't, Jamaal Williams is the guy I'm dropping, since I'm banking on him losing his job when Jones comes back from suspension.

So what's the play on Conner, if I don't also have Bell? Trade him to the Bell owner for a nice haul or just ride him and hope Bell doesn't return and/or gets traded?

I also have Crabtree and Cohen as potential drops. This is what sucks about my league of record going back to 10 team.

i'd just ride it out as long as you can. I'm not sure if you'd be able to get anything of high value since it's a big question mark of when/if Bell comes to the Steelers facility. If it was definitive that Bell was out for the rest of the season, you'd be able to sell very high if you wanted to. Luckily I managed to get him in Era league C and plan to ride him out.

The variable with the Packers running back situation is that they LOVE Jamaal Williams in pass protection. So he'll be utilized heavily in almost all third-down situations and in instances when they're playing from behind so he can protect Rodgers. I suspect they'll be leaning heavily on Jones to salt away leads between the 20s. With Montgomery getting utilized in special teams and gadget plays for a handful of touches per game.

I wouldn't trust any of these guys to reliably get TDs because Rodgers will want to have options for all of his available weapons at the goal line.

Deep 16 team auction league with keepers (3 per year)

picked up Mahomes last yer for $0 so I got to keep him for $7 this year, great gamble
spent $65 on Barkley, excited for him

I'm up 19 on my competition this week, he has Stafford at home, and I have Crowell. Hoping Crowell provides enough cushion or Stafford implodes.

other players:
Broncos D
Jordon Reed
T.Y. Hilton
Stephon Diggs
Josh Doctson (bombed on me yesterday)
Rashaad Penny

Dunno, feel like I have a decent team this year for a deep league like mine.

I wish I didn't draft both Jeffrey and baldwin (going into the draft, I didn't want to draft jeffrey but he was there in round 10 so I said what the hell)

Having basically -2 roster spots sucks so much

Sometimes perceived draft value isn't really value. Sometimes it's just an anchor in your lineup you discard to the wire anyhow when you could have had a share of someone else that was actually playing in Week 1.

Serious question, somebody just offered me:

WR - Jarvis Landry
RB - Marshawn Lynch
TE - Trey Burton

for

WR - Odell
TE- George Kittle who's riding my bench in favor of Jordan Reed.

My current lineup is Big Ben, Joe Mixon, Jordan Howard, Julio Jones, Odell, Reed, and Cooks with Lamar Miller as my RB3.

I'm in the wait and see camp on this one, because Jarvis Landry looked great, but I'm not sold on Lynch and Burton.

Can't see why'd you take this trade.

Thanks, I always second guess myself with this stuff, and it's been a while since I've played fantasy.

Being bombarded with offers after the tight end armageddon of this weekend though. Sure I can find something good.
Since you got Reed, I wouldn't trade Kittle so fast. Unless you can do a package deal and get a big upgrade somewhere else.

I would immediately trade Kittle, why would you need another TE when you have one who will play all 16 games and the playoffs

You're getting ripped off bad. Don't even humor it. You're already set in all positions aside from maybe needing an upgrade at QB.

Ride off into the sunset with that incredible draft.

Better hurry up and get Jared Cook if he isn't taken folks. TE pickings are slim.

Whole starting line-up, and most of my bench outside of Zeke shat the bed this week

Stafford - Trash
Keenum - Weirdly good
Freeman - Injured
Elliot - Good
Miller - Decent
Mack - Hurt
Diggs - Pretty meh
Cooks - Hasn't done shit because of all this pass interference
D.J. Moore - Complete non-factor
Ridley - lol FTF
Nelson - Just started to do stuff
Rishard Matthews - Complete non-factor
Rudolph - 1 catch for a TD
Rams D - Looking pedestrian

I guess the plan is to drop Rishard Matthews for Ted Ginn, and wait a few more weeks for Moore and Ridley, but man. Yahoo's trash draft site lagged and made me autopick Stafford, which basically meant I had to draft Nelson to try and get some sort of veteran WR3 because it's a 3 WR league

Stafford was running for his life all game. I was actually surprised he stayed in the game after getting hit the first time because the OL was not blocking at all. The Jets could at least block enough for Darnold to drop back, but for the Lions dropping back = big hit and probably a sack. It was like the Jets had Donald and Suh up front or something.

I'm not in a rush to drop Rishard Mathews. Mariota wasn't great but once he hurt his elbow the offense was basically gone. So I think there is still long term value there. Of course, if you see potential now, go for it, but the Titans offense won't remain in the Bills-zone forever.

I need Cook to get just one catch, and Cooper to continue to be a no show.

I'm actually surprised it's this close after Fitzpatrick pulled that game out of his ass yesterday.

I still like Matthews late this year, but I really need a WR3 and I think Ginn is a better play than Nelson or Matthews next week. And I already have 2 guys (Moore and Ridley) who should have their roles increased as the year goes on

Won all my 3 leagues with ease.

Only concern is my DEF in 2 leagues. I have the Chargers. And one of the leagues i only have 10 moves max for the season.

Had a great week in one league. Put up a pathetic performance in the other. Hopefully Stafford picks it up. Not a fan of having 2 WRs on the same team. Going to have to adjust. Also not sure if Baltimore will hold up.

Also made a good move picking up Jared Cook off the waiver last minute. Going to be a great replacement for Eifert. Chris Thompson also looks to be in a good place with Alex Smith in WAS. Going to hold onto Watkins a little longer to see how he is under the new Mahomes brigade.

Here's hoping to a good season~

Despite no TDs and repeat pass interference, Brandon Cooks dragged my team over the line to victory. Opponent's Matt prater missed two FGs lawl.
