Prince Sidon deserves to be in Smash a lot. Sidon would make Smash GOTY.

Incineroar also needs a taunt where he grabs a microphone and starts lecturing the audience
I was mistaken, they shortened Pollyanna (by a lot) not Bein Friends, the latter is the song in the demo
Then I would rather have the Rhythm Heaven Wrestler instead. It represents a new series that deserves a playable character in Smash, and also includes the wrestler archetype that you guys want so much I guess.
I mean other Rhythm Heaven characters would be much weirder and more creative. Hell, Karate Joe at least has pot-related move potential.
Since Charizard lost rock smash it would be a perfect time to make Chris Redfield playable.
Now I feel like replaying RE5. Best ending in the series, haha.
I'm totally biased against Incineroar so I would take just about any alternative for the Pokemon rep and for a wrestling-based character. I just don't like his ugly mug and find him boring-looking compared to a lot of the other potential Gen 7 Pokemon.
Pika Libre probably strengthens the case for Incineroar. I could see them appearing together in the reveal, screens, etc, wrestling in the Smash version of Boxing Ring, and Incineroar finishing Libre with his Z-Move where he jumps off the ropes.
