Nah man this shit isn't even accurate I'm at 6gb out of 40gb after this entire time.
Explain to me how I can put any other install disc in my PS4 and it installs in minutes and this game takes over an hour? Something isn't right here.

Not at all. You aren't doing anything wrong. Even if you bought it on Amazon or something there's no shame in returning or canceling an order if you decide to get it somewhere else.
I always play my games on the hardest mode possible unless it's a mode that the difficulty is an extra gimmick added to the difficulty of the previous mode like Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Should have clarified, what I meant was picking up a $80 copy in store tomorrow, then returning the cheaper $50 pre-ordered game when it comes as the $80 copy, all at the same store.
I know that's looked down on when it's returning a totally different store's copy.
Obviously there's going to be no difference with the UPCs for anything.
I'm actually finding Normal a decent challenge. Perhaps it'll get too easy the more I unlock.
Do I do that within the game or in the PS4 OS? The pre-order bonuses are one download and I can't delete add-on content for other games in the PS4 system settings.

Question for anyone who finished and reviewed it:
I just completed the 'mission' where Peter got evicted, had to find his stuff in a garbage truck, and then slept on the couch in Aunt May's office at F.A.S.T. I'm now heading to a Fisk construction site, but haven't been in a rush. I collected all of the backpacks, took pictures of all of the landmarks, found all of the pigeons and did all of Black Cat's stakeouts. How far am I in the story?
I died a few times on normal during what I guess you'd call the tutorial or opening scenario. Maybe it'll get easier as I get more used to the combat but I just picked up the phone to post about the combat being harder than I thought it would be.
This game's combat is really fun. Playing it like Arkham won't really get you anywhere though, try to experiment with gadgets. Playing on the hardest difficulty btw, it's a great challenge.
Also just a tip. If you go into the map and press Square you can view Spider-Man's social feed. Few hours in and only just discovered this.
